I received this Peripera lip tint as a gift without knowing much about it, and I'm impressed by how well it applies. The color would suit those with brighter complexions beautifully. A little goes a long way with the pigmentation, so applying it as a full lip might be overkill. Due to its formula, it's not particularly hydrating and might even feel a bit drying, so make sure your lips are moisturized before application. It dries quickly, so I recommend applying some Vaseline on top for added comfort. Functionally, there weren't any major drawbacks. The only slight inconvenience is having to pay extra attention to your lip condition when using it. - ss*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 8, 2025
Light tone with a deep undertone, finishes matte without emphasizing dead skin cells! You can naturally overline your lips with this. My complexion is shade 19. The longevity is disappointing - it tends to fade quickly, so those looking for long-lasting wear might be unsatisfied. Apply a generous amount of Vaseline before bed! Make sure to exfoliate with warm water when you wake up. - ay*******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedFeb 3, 2025
I've adjusted the photo to show the tint color as close to real life as possible. The staining is so strong that even cleansing wipes can't fully remove it. With its deep undertone, the recommended shade is truly gorgeous. Because it's semi-matte, it can accentuate dead skin cells. Ugh! Maybe adding a layer of Glow 1 would help? Blending is an absolute must - be*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 2, 2025
This shade would be perfect for those who look great in neon-like colors! The color is a vibrant coral with a hint of fluorescent pink. It applies smoothly, and being a fixing tint, it has excellent staying power! The color really didn't suit me at all. If you don't look good in neon-ish shades, avoid this one at all costs! As someone with muted coloring, this shade was quite challenging for me... sigh. I wore it to the pool and it didn't come off easily! For reference, the second photo shows the stain left behind. The stain is a very warm, almost neon pink, which is quite different from the original color! - fr*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedSep 5, 2024
I highly recommend this for warm-toned individuals who look great in vibrant, high-chroma colors, especially those with a 'spring' complexion. While it has a slight white base, the color is still quite saturated and deep. For me, lighter shades are more flattering, so applying this all over can be a bit intense. However, when I use it sparingly on the inner lips over a base lip color, it's gorgeous and lasts incredibly long. I'm a fan of fixing tints and own several shades, but this one requires a very light hand. Apply just a tiny bit and blend quickly for the best results. The color is a mix of 45% grapefruit, 45% pink, and 10% white. If you don't have a 'spring' complexion, it might not be as flattering. The stain it leaves behind is pink. I'm quite pleased with it and use it regularly. The only downside is that the stain left behind is more of a hot pink, which is a bit disappointing. It would be so much better if it faded to a color closer to its original shade. Try applying an extremely thin layer with a brush, then blend it out. Fixing tints can look thick and less appealing if applied directly to the lips with the applicator. Make sure to blend it out thinly - it's a game-changer! - ae*******Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresAug 11, 2024
I own several fixing tints, and here's why: they're not heavy, don't emphasize dead skin cells, aren't drying, stain well, and stay put even after eating. The initial color is indeed coral, suitable for deep undertones. However, as soon as you apply lip gloss over it or remove and let it stain, it suddenly turns pink! It's absolutely not for warm tones. Due to its strong staining power, I couldn't remove it when I applied it incorrectly. Even after washing my face, I had to go around with pink lips for the entire day. - ju*******Dehydrated SkinRecommendedJul 14, 2024
✨Shade 21 deep undertone light I bought this looking for a long-lasting tint. I swatched it on my wrist and immediately tried to rub it off, but you can see how much color remained. It was quite difficult to remove... However, the staining effect on the lips didn't seem as intense. I'd say it definitely leaves a noticeable tint! 🍀Color It's a perfect orangey coral shade for those with deep undertones. On the lips, it pulls a bit more pink than the wrist swatch. Since I love high-intensity tints, I've been using this as a base lip color! 🍀Texture/Application When first applied, it doesn't feel matte at all. It's surprisingly moisturizing, but then sets to a comfortable powder finish, which I really love. 🍀Room for Improvement For me, there weren't any significant drawbacks. However, I wouldn't say it's an absolute must-have, so I deducted one star. It's a solid, reliable product. I apply it as a base lip color, then gradient with a darker shade for a more dramatic look. - db********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 24, 2024
Well, the color is a bit different from what's shown on the official website. It looked more coral-like online, but when applied, it's closer to pink. I was hoping for a deep undertone color, but as someone who suits coral or peach shades, I'm a bit disappointed. This shade might look prettier on those with deep undertones that complement pink or summer cool tones. After using it a few times, I can say it's not unwearable. On my lips, it comes off as a cooler pink than expected, so I reach for it less often. As a result, I tend to apply it only to the inner part of my lips. The color... It's called Coral Breeze, but it's not really coral, which is quite disappointing. It would be perfect for those with summer tones or deep undertones that suit pink well. Make sure to test it at Olive Young before purchasing!
