When used together with a dewy foundation & cushion, the face can appear more radiant. I carry blotting papers with me and use them together.

The oiliness is slightly elevated, so when used with a matte foundation, it balances out nicely, preventing the face from feeling too tight. Whereas other dewy sunscreens tend to accentuate flakiness, this one stays moisturized without emphasizing dry patches. It's not as lightweight as a serum, but it has a lotion-like, lightweight feel to it.

I apply it using a damp sponge, then lightly layer on a bit more for extra coverage.
