Phew, the 3D Volumizing Gloss in 12 colors (30%) While there are so many tints, I'd say only one out of ten purchases ends up being satisfactory. I thought the Candy 30% would be super vibrant just looking at the core color, but when applied, it's not as bold as the core color. The formula feels more like a lip gloss, and when layered thinly, it creates a lovely, sheer look. The only downside is the artificial candy-like scent, which some may not enjoy. The design is quite cute, but the price is not as cute. However, the fact that they offer 30% and 70% concentration options is quite innovative and impressive.
