The fragrance-free formula is pleasant and non-offensive. I love the transparent packaging, which makes it easy to see how much shampoo I've used. The cleansing effectiveness is also excellent. However, I experienced some scalp itching after using it. It seems that some ingredient doesn't agree with my skin. It lathers well and has a pleasant scent. To add a bit more, the product design is simple and sleek. The liquid has a nice yellow color. Shortly after using this, I developed scalp blemishes and itching. It's a shame since I just bought it and it wasn't cheap. The scent was satisfying to me, and the blemishes on the back of my scalp have significantly reduced. I didn't find anything particularly disappointing. Being mildly acidic, it causes minimal skin irritation.
