I got to use this as part of the Hwahae Testers program. My skin is combination dehydrated with blemish-prone, sensitive, and allergic tendencies. It's great for everyday use as it doesn't cause any blemishes and works well overall. What I particularly liked was that the pads are designed to be split in half, which really increases their versatility and value. I have sensitive eyes, and if the product accidentally touched them, it caused a tingling sensation. First off, my pores have noticeably shrunk. If you apply your makeup about 5 minutes after using this, you can achieve that flawless, egg-shell smooth finish! I was genuinely shocked at how well my makeup adhered after using this. My friends complimented me all day long, asking what I'd done to make my skin look so good! This product is truly magical. I absolutely adore whoever created this! The tweezers tend to fall off too easily, and the size is a bit awkward. I think it would be better if the container was slightly smaller. Oh, it's crucial to wait 5 minutes after applying these pore-tightening pads before putting on makeup. While using this, I definitely noticed my pores shrinking and my skin improving significantly. However, it dries rather quickly, which is disappointing if you want to leave it on as a toner pack for a long time. I found that even when doing a quick toner pack, it would start drying up as I was wiping my face. The pads are thin and have perforations, making them easy to tear and use! Despite being thin, the pad texture feels soft like cotton, which I really liked! However, because the pads are thin, I felt like the essence dried up quickly! Date used: April 29, 2025 I personally go to Yakson House for treatments, so when their product came out, I chose it without hesitation. My skin type is combination dehydrated, and I'm particularly concerned about the pores in my T-zone, so I focused on using this product there. The pads are generously sized, so after showering, I placed them on my open pores like toner pads to reduce heat, then wiped my face as if using a Dr. Jart+ product. The pads aren't too thick, so they adhere well to the face without falling off, and they're not irritating, making it easy to dry my hair while wearing them. They don't dry out quickly and seem to maintain moisture well. When I apply pore serum afterward, it feels even more firming. While it suited my skin type well and I had no issues with blemishes, the square pads are a bit large, making it awkward to find a suitable container for travel. However, I was determined to use them on my trip, so I just carried the whole container with me. It's even better that the tweezers can be attached to the lid so they don't fall out. Probably due to the high niacinamide content, I felt deep dryness after leaving it on for more than 5 minutes. Here's my review after using it for two weeks: The texture is a refreshing water-based formula! It doesn't feel viscous, just hydrating. The pads are larger than others, but they're designed to be split in half! So, after washing my face, I usually split two pads in half and place them on my forehead, cheeks, and chin while I dry my hair. They stay put nicely during this time. Over the two weeks of use, I've really noticed my skin becoming smoother, so I plan to keep using them! The pads are incredibly thin, adhering well to the skin, and have perforations making them very convenient to tear and use. They're great for applying when your skin is heated and pores are enlarged after exercise. However, being a pore-focused product, it was quite drying. While the thin pads have the advantage of sticking well to the skin, they dry out quickly. So if you leave them on for too long, your skin might feel even more dehydrated.
