MOISTURIZING and HYDRATING, which is great. ADDITIONALLY, there is a STICK-LIKE APPLICATOR, allowing for HYGIENIC use. I APPLY TONER, SERUM, and AMPOULE (for MOISTURIZING purposes), and in the FINAL STEP, I APPLY a THIN LAYER of CREAM. However, it is so MOISTURIZING that I can APPLY TONER and then a SOOTHING CREAM, which seems to work well for my DRY SKIN TYPE.
Cons
The product claims to help improve troublesome skin issues caused by excessive oil and lack of moisture by transforming the skin from a rigid texture to a more supple one. However, I personally did not experience such benefits. Even after applying the product and rolling it in, there is still residual oil left that some may find unpleasant. I am a person who always struggles with redness and severe dryness due to my sensitive and extremely dry skin. I usually use Hwahae products, and I've tried the entire No. 1 line!! I used this product for 3 bottles, but I'm not sure if I've built up a tolerance to it now, as the effect has diminished compared to when I first used it. When I first used it, it was truly a revelation.. The application is moisturizing and adheres tightly, and after it dries, there's a film-like feeling.. If you apply it to the troubled areas, it calms them down by the next day! I recommend this to those with oily concerns and dry skin.
Cons
Absorption is a bit slow. There is also a slight oily feeling, so even my extremely dry skin shines a bit in the morning. Recommended for oily skin!
Tip
Adding a small amount of Dressing Powder #1 can reduce the oiliness.

My skin is oily, so when I applied the first soothing cream, I felt it was too greasy. In the winter, even with just one layer, an hour later I would see an oil slick coming up, so I stopped using it. However, to conclude, I will repurchase it. 😎 People are crazy about this product. It's a one-stop shop for soothing. Every household should have one, like an emergency medicine. Sebum control? Forget it. Oil bursting and trouble soothing? Ha! 🤦 It has no effect at all, but when my reddened skin or functional cosmetics cause facial heat, or when I wrongly apply tea tree oil and it stings, this just calms it down. It's really crazy. Since this product does it all with just soothing, I'll forgive it even if it doesn't live up to its price tag.
