This is a fantastic soothing cream for summer use! When applied, it noticeably reduces the midday oil slick that usually appears on my skin. The jar packaging is a drawback. I've nearly finished the whole bottle, and I can say it's great for a light application. As someone with oily skin, I used this product along with the serum and cream, but there was absolutely no effect. I won't be repurchasing. Despite claims that it reduces excess oil overnight, I woke up to the same oil slick as always. There were no improvements in acne or sebum reduction whatsoever. For those with oily skin, I really recommend The Ordinary instead. The review mentions using multiple products from the same line (serum, cream) but found them ineffective for oily skin concerns. This product is a great match for oily skin types. It effectively controls excess oil and absorbs well into the skin. In my case, as I have rather sensitive eyes, I experienced some eye irritation. Keep this in mind when using the product. If you have sensitive eyes, you may want to be cautious when applying this product around the eye area. Consider doing a patch test first or avoiding the eye area altogether.

I expected this cream to feel sticky or heavy, but it was quite the opposite! As a soothing cream, it calmed my skin and provided excellent hydration. It's absolutely fantastic - I highly recommend it! If you have sensitive skin, it's best to carefully check the ingredients before use. While it's marketed as a soothing cream, I wouldn't say its moisturizing power is extraordinary. For those with super sensitive skin, always patch test new products. This cream works hard to provide a balance of oil and moisture, but individual results may vary. It absorbs well without leaving a sticky residue, which is great for layering in your skincare routine.
