I highly recommend this to those with oily skin! It applies with a matte finish, doesn't emphasize dead skin cells at all, and even seems to conceal imperfections. Personally, I didn't find any disappointing aspects whatsoever.

I didn't feel like it clashed with my skin tone at all. The color is similar to my natural lip color, so I wear it often. I'm also using it as a cheek tint, and I love that it's not too overpowering. It doesn't look cakey, pill, or feel thick when applied. There wasn't anything I particularly disliked about it. The scent and texture are both decent. The packaging is... quite pretty. However... If you have a deep undertone and light skin, absolutely do not buy this. Especially if you tend to pull orange tones. The color is vastly different from what's shown on the official website or in reviews. It almost looks... purplish? On my skin, it makes me look dull, ashy, and completely lifeless - like a corpse. I only tested it once before relegating it to the back of my drawer. Please, please swatch the color before buying. Maybe the apricot shade would have been better... Why do they use so much color correction in their videos these days? It looked so pretty in the promotional video...

It applies so smoothly! The feeling on the lips is exceptionally good, even among velvet tints. This makes it great for creating gradients too. 2. Hardly any emphasis on dead skin cells! Many velvet tints tend to accentuate flaky lips, but this one barely does at all. 3. I love the thin applicator tip and the container. There's no leaking, and it hardly gets messy around the edges. The fine tip allows for precise application. I'm so impressed with the color that even though I usually only use moisturizing lip products, I've been using this tint exclusively for months! Sometimes when I apply it too heavily, it can look a bit intense on my face. But I think that's more because I have a light complexion, rather than a flaw in the tint itself. For those with light skin and deep undertones, I recommend applying it as thinly as possible or using a gradient technique. The case is pretty and the color is almost identical to the swatch. It's great as a base! The color payoff is fantastic and I love it as a matte lip! The pigmentation is really impressive. It's exactly the shade I was looking for. It's absolutely not suitable for a bare lips look... This shade is perfect for warm skin tones and the color is absolutely gorgeous. It's versatile enough for everyday wear. This product absolutely requires exfoliation beforehand... I bought this because I've been using other shades and loving them. It hardly emphasizes dead skin cells, which is great! It came out cooler than I expected. Though that might be because I have a very warm undertone.

It's not a perfect match, so I don't use it often. However, when I layer it with my favorite tint, it looks okay. The yogurt-like texture is missing, but the tint formula itself is decent. The color payoff isn't as impressive as I'd hoped, which is disappointing. But I have a feeling that even cool-toned individuals might find it suitable if applied well...?
