I have oily eyelids, which often causes my eye makeup to smudge and fade, leaving a messy look. I was really pleased that when I used this for eye contouring, it didn't smudge easily and stayed put! The color was milkier and lighter than I expected, so I couldn't use it over darker eyeshadows. However, it's a great shade for everyday wear. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I appreciate products that work hard to maintain my makeup throughout the day. This color can be used as an eyeliner substitute and as a line for aegyo-sal (under-eye) eyeshadow. As an eyeliner, it is lighter than brown but still helps define the eyes naturally. It also doesn't smudge, which is great. The disappointing aspect is the capacity... It has great staying power, applies evenly with good color payoff, and sets quickly - all fantastic qualities! The quick-setting formula might be challenging for beginners to work with.

I've never been fully satisfied with aegyo-sal shadow pencils before, but I've finally found my holy grail with this product. The staying power is incredible, it glides on smoothly, the shadow color is perfect, and it's ideal for filling in the tear trough area too. I'm absolutely thrilled with it! Even if I tried hard to find something negative, I can't. The longevity is great, the product quality is excellent, and I'm completely satisfied. I've heard of Clio's eyeliners, but never felt drawn to them until I bought the Ash Brown shade. That led me to purchase this one too. Despite my oily skin, which usually makes pencil liners disappear quickly, this one lasts quite well. Its light color also makes it great as an eyeliner guide. The Clio liner absorbs smoothly and has great staying power after setting, which is why I keep repurchasing it. The color is lighter than expected, making it a bit ambiguous. It would be more user-friendly if it had a slightly more grayish tone. I'd heard about Clio's Sharpsicle, but this was my first time trying it! Usually, I go for light makeup, focusing on skin, brows, and lips. Since heavy eyeliner doesn't suit me, I bought shade 6 Vanilla Beige to use as a subtle liner for my aegyo-sal (under-eye puff) and for a natural eye extension effect. It lives up to its reputation - it glides on so smoothly! Before it sets at the outer corner, you can easily refine the shape with a fine cotton swab or your nail for a crisp look. It doesn't smudge and has excellent staying power! I'll definitely repurchase when I run out. There's nothing I dislike about using it! It would be great if they came out with more shades, especially a grayish shadow color and colors suitable for a cat-eye effect. If you're into natural makeup, try using this for your aegyo-sal and eyeliner! It looks so natural and pretty. In the photo, the top swatch is November Maroon Brown, and the bottom is Vanilla Beige.
