It dispenses quite a bit at once, so you need to be careful with the amount. If you're applying it to your body, the generous flow could be convenient. While it looks like a typical thick sunscreen, it spreads more easily than expected. The absorbs well is great, not feeling heavy or sticky at all. The fragrance is absolutely delightful! If this scent came as a perfume, I'd be tempted to buy it. It has a lovely, fresh freesia-like aroma that lingers subtly on your face after application. I really appreciate that it doesn't cause any burning sensation around the eyes. Some sunscreens can be a bit harsh, but this one seems quite gentle. It does have a white cast, which I actually prefer for work days when I only apply sunscreen. It's noticeable enough to even out my complexion, but not as intense as some other products. For me, it's just the right amount of coverage. (It's not as intense as the Skinfood Tomato Sunscreen, which is known for its white cast) The hydration is lovely - it glides on smoothly without any pilling. It seems to be easy to remove too. I've been lazy lately and only used foam cleanser without any makeup remover, and I haven't had any blemishes pop up. So it looks like it comes off well with just a foam cleanser. I'm still considering whether to repurchase. I'd say I'm about 60% likely to buy it again. It's a great all-rounder for face and body use.
ConsI mentioned it applies moistly, but it's more oily than hydrating. Right after application, there's a nice glow, but over time the oil doesn't absorb. You'll need to use blotting papers to remove the excess.
TipFor spring and summer, it's recommended to use powder or oil blotting papers after applying this sunscreen.

As a fan of Sunanymal, I had high hopes for its application. I've somehow ended up with a variety of sunscreens - organic, inorganic, hybrid, and tone-up types. Inorganic sunscreens can sometimes feel too thick and heavy, so I've been leaning towards organic ones for their better absorption. This product, however, lacks that typical stiffness of inorganic sunscreens and applies smoothly like a hydrating moisturizer, which I love. There's a slight white cast, but it's not that chalky, bluish-white 'Hey, I'm wearing sunscreen!' look. It just lightly brightens your complexion by a shade, perfect for a quick morning application. Some inorganic sunscreens can leave your skin feeling dry with dead skin cells surfacing, but this one doesn't cause any dryness even hours after application. I've been testing it daily and it's been quite comfortable to use. No blemishes either! The generous amount means the whole family can liberally apply it, even on the body. Just be mindful of thorough cleansing when applying it on kids.
ConsThe wide opening means you might squeeze out more product than intended. However, using a generous amount of sunscreen is actually recommended, so it's not a major drawback. It doesn't come off completely with just foam cleansing - you might feel a slight film left on your skin. Using an oil cleanser removes it thoroughly. The large size might be inconvenient for carrying around.
TipGiven the generous amount, don't be shy about applying it liberally. Remember, sunscreen should be used up quickly once opened. It's believed that the effectiveness diminishes after the expiration date. If applying a large amount at once feels overwhelming, you can always apply it in layers - put on a bit, then add more as needed.

Instead, it gives a subtle glow and slightly evens skin tone, making your complexion look beautiful. On busy days, you can skip foundation and just apply this sunscreen. • No transfer: It doesn't rub off on hats or clothes, making it comfortable to use.
ConsIt has a citrus scent. Personally, I enjoy this fragrance so it doesn't bother me, but those with sensitive skin might want to be cautious.
TipDermatologists recommend reapplying sunscreen every 3 hours! Since this comes in a large size, you could transfer some into a DIY cushion case to carry with you for touch-ups on the go.

First off, it's impressively hefty - a rare find in large-volume sun care products. You can apply it generously, even on your body, without feeling weighed down. The texture is smooth, and while there's some initial white cast, it blends out nicely, leaving just enough brightening effect. It's packed with hydration, making it perfect for those with dry skin. Unlike typical mineral sunscreens that can feel stiff, this one doesn't have that issue at all. Despite being moisturizing, it doesn't feel sticky and leaves a nice, matte finish. I'm not sure about its soothing properties, but it didn't cause any blemishes or irritation.
ConsThe scent... seriously, what kind of fragrance is this? Personally, I really dislike it. Also, please narrow the tube opening - sometimes the product gushes out too forcefully. After applying this and putting on makeup, it starts to pill after about two hours. Especially when I use powder, it seems like the powder absorbs the sunscreen's moisture, causing the makeup to ball up.

The fragrance is so subtle, it's practically non-existent, which made me feel at ease using it. The texture truly feels like spreading whipped cream - it's not thick or sticky at all! It seems to be a mineral sunscreen, which gives me confidence in its strong UV protection capabilities.
ConsThe opening is a bit large, so the product can come out too quickly. There's also some white cast, which is a bit disappointing. And it has that typical mineral sunscreen shine that can make your skin look a bit greasy.

As someone who finds stickiness and white cast in sunscreens uncomfortable, I appreciate this lightweight emulsion. I don't usually wear makeup or foundation, but sunscreen is a must in my skincare routine. I layer this over my skincare, and then apply another sunscreen on top for double protection. It's great for those with pigmentation concerns who need to be extra careful. The tube packaging makes it convenient for travel and outdoor activities like camping or swimming. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I find that when I apply this after my hydrating skincare, I don't experience any dryness. It absorbs quickly, making it perfect for busy mornings - even for kids! There's a slight brightening effect that becomes more natural over time. Compared to other sun emulsions I've tried, Atomy's product feels more hydrating and fresh without any stickiness. I would definitely repurchase and recommend this.
ConsFor combination dehydrated skin types, it's best to layer hydrating products underneath to minimize dryness.
TipOnce you finish a compact sunscreen, you can refill it with this product for convenient reuse.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsAs a 20-something male with oily skin, here's my Hwahae Testers review of this product. This new Atomy sunscreen is a mineral-based formula that focuses on improving absorption despite its physical UV filters. It applies smoothly without any stiffness and feels less drying compared to other mineral sunscreens. It's a great product for anyone to use, whether you have oily or dry skin. However, to enhance its absorbs, it seems to contain various types of silicone oils, which unfortunately don't agree with my skin. The large volume allows you to use it not just on your face but also on your arms, legs, neck, and body. Though it might be a bit bulky to carry around. It seems to wash off as easily as it applies. However, since I haven't measured it precisely with a device, I'd still recommend double cleansing when using mineral sunscreens.
ConsThe inclusion of multiple types of silicone oils and the large size making it less suitable as a portable option are slight drawbacks!

It's an emulsion type that applies smoothly, keeping your skin hydrated for hours. The mild citrus scent is a nice touch too.
ConsWhile it's an emulsion type and quite runny, the tube opening is large and the container is quite flexible. This means it can accidentally squirt out too much at once. After a while, it tends to settle into eyelid creases, leaving white residue that needs to be wiped off.
TipThere's no white cast, but it does slightly even out the skin tone. It's great for use at home or for quick outings - just pat it in well instead of your regular skincare routine for a nice, hydrated feel.

That's why I prefer sunscreens with a thin texture that spread easily, rather than thick ones. I also dislike white cast. 💚 It has great absorption True to the Sun Anemone line, it spreads smoothly on the face without feeling sticky, which I really liked. 💚 No white cast 💚 It doesn't leave an oily film Those with oily skin might relate, but when wearing sunscreen alone, there's often a feeling of oil floating on the skin. When applied by itself, this sunscreen definitely feels less oily compared to others. Overall, I'd say this is a sunscreen that's easy to use without any fuss. It would work well as a makeup base, just like how I use it.
ConsSince it's such a decent product, I didn't really notice any downsides.

Although it's a mineral sunscreen, I love that it doesn't leave a heavy white cast. The absorbs well too. It's not sticky, so there's no pilling. The large size is a big plus. Great value for money! With its gentle ingredients, it's suitable for both face and body without any issues. It's perfect for sharing with family members. I think it'll be especially useful during the summer months.
ConsWell... I can't really find any downsides, but... The size might be a bit too large for everyday carry?
TipI don't have any specific tips, but share it with your family and use it on both face and body!
