Its ability to even skin tone while providing hydration makes it a versatile addition to your daily mask routine. The Inner Glow it imparts without causing deep dryness is impressive. Its cleansing effectiveness in removing excess oil without irritation is noteworthy. While it works hard to minimize pores and reduce redness, those with allergic reactions should still exercise caution. Overall, it maintains a good oil and moisture balance, leaving your complexion with a natural glow without any burning sensation or tingling. - lo*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 15, 2025
I've been using this for about 6 months. It absorbs well and doesn't leave a white cast, so I can apply makeup over it without feeling suffocated. That's what I really like about it. It feels slightly oily when applied, but not enough to be bothersome. - zy********Normal SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsJan 31, 2025
It doesn't really work as a brightening moisturizer at all, it's just a sunscreen, nothing more, nothing less. It applies thinly and doesn't feel overly rich when you put it on. It's just... decent enough, I guess. The cooling effect... honestly, it's barely noticeable. I bought it in a hurry and didn't even realize it was supposed to have a cooling effect when I first applied it. It doesn't even out skin tone either... The scent is a bit... there's a subtle strange fragrance that lingers. If I could go back, I'd probably choose a different sunscreen or sun stick instead... I'm going to try a different product. - wj**********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedJan 11, 2025
I was already satisfied with the tone-up cushion from the same line, so I decided to try the sun stick too, and I loved it! Facial redness is a major stress for me, but this product seems to have a bit of a cooling effect. Maybe because of the cooling sensation, I didn't experience any issues with how it absorbs. Sometimes it's frustrating when products are too soft and melt or get squished quickly, making them impossible to use fully. I found this product's texture to be slightly firmer than other brands, allowing me to use it well until the end. I'm sharing my personal experience in response to others who mentioned the application wasn't ideal... I hope this helps with your product selection! - aj*********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 16, 2024
The sunstick format made it convenient to use. Being a cooling product, I loved how I could feel the cooling effect just seconds after applying it in summer! It's not sticky either, so I'm really pleased with how it feels on the skin! When applying, some flaky bits remain on the skin, so you need to finish up with your hands. After application, it's hard to tell if you've actually applied it or not. The absorption wasn't particularly great. Apply it once, then apply a second layer on top. So you're essentially applying it twice. I tend to reapply quite frequently because that's how you get the best results. - sh********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 4, 2024
First off, the ingredients are decent, and I bought it because of the buy-one-get-one-free deal. It doesn't leave residue on your hands, and it's definitely convenient to apply on arms, legs, and neck. The portability is also great. It tends to crumble and drop bits, and towards the end, it actually broke - I guess I might have used too much force. Without a sale or special offer, I'm not sure it's worth it... It leaves a slightly shiny finish. The cooling effect isn't as strong as I expected. - az******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 26, 2024
First off, it's incredibly convenient to use. It doesn't attract dust, doesn't pill like some products do, and isn't sticky at all. If you apply a lot, it might look a bit shiny, but overall it feels light and powdery. In the hand photo, the right side is where I applied it! Due to the lighting, it looks super shiny in the picture, but in reality, it's not that glossy unless you over-apply. My previous sunscreen would leave white powder residue, but this one doesn't do that at all. I've tried many other sunscreens that either caused blemishes, itching, or felt suffocating, so I never finished a whole tube and was constantly switching. But this product is gentle, has great ingredients, and I caught it during a buy-one-get-one-free sale at Olive Young - it's perfect! Highly recommend! The amount is small. It's really, really, really small... Apart from that, it's truly godly... If you're concerned about shine, just lightly pat on some oil-control powder and it'll be perfect! - sa***********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 21, 2024
The stick format makes it so convenient to apply, and I love how it leaves my skin feeling soft and powdery! I'm not sure if there's really a cooling effect as claimed. Unfortunately, I noticed some clumping when applying it. - sw***********Oily SkinSensitive SkinSep 3, 2024
The container is sturdy, making it easy to hold and apply. It's also convenient to use with its twist mechanism. I did notice a slight cooling effect after application! I was taken aback when it cracked immediately upon first use. Also, it's a bit rich, so blotting papers or powder are a must in the afternoon. For those with oily skin, it can make you look excessively shiny. It's best to apply multiple thin layers using a rolling motion! Be sure to control the amount as applying too thick a layer can make it feel greasy. - av****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedAug 31, 2024
It's great that you can apply it without getting your hands messy. You can feel a slight hydration immediately after application, and it's not irritating to the skin. It's a bit disappointing that it doesn't fully cover the contoured areas of the face when applying. However, layering helps to address this issue. This product is perfect for daily use without any hesitation.
