This product does not cause any white cast and there is no stinging sensation. It feels more moisturizing than oily, with a ratio of around 20% oil to 80% water - just perfect. Whenever I go to Japan, I always buy this. It's not too oily and there's no white cast. It applies like a lotion and I really like it!
