I've only used it for about 5 days, but the redness and acne have really decreased. It seems like it's going to be a lifesaver for me. It was really, really good. My skin was flipped over and I received a lot of help from this product. My trouble was soothed and my acne redness and scars improved greatly. I'm now using my second bottle!~ When I apply this and go to sleep, my skin becomes like honey, so I recommend that all skin types try it at least once.
Cons
When the ampoule is almost used up, it is difficult to suck out the remaining ampoule with a dropper due to the container design.
Tip

This product is undoubtedly the number one among all the soothing ampoules I've tried so far... The formula is a bit heavy, so it's great for dry to combination skin types, but not so much for oily skin. It does leave a slight film on the surface, but it's an all-around miracle worker, even when dealing with breakouts or troubled skin.
Cons
The fragrance is so powerfully calming that it's bound to divide opinions... (I'm not a fan) The dropper is a bit small, which is slightly inconvenient, but it's good enough that I don't even mind. The only (?) downside is that the price is a bit... evil.
Tip
When your skin becomes irritable or flips out, apply tea tree oil and do about 3 layers of it, then use a modeling pack. By the next day, it will usually be calmed down, and after that, you can just...♡

I've tried the serum a lot and it's the most effective. First, when I apply it after cleansing my skin, and then sleep, the redness and acne subside a lot the next day! Since my skin was irritated, I thought it would be good to use a product with cica ingredients, so I bought and used two bottles. When my skin was irritated, I applied it generously in the morning and evening, but the breakouts didn't subside dramatically.
