The product description stated that it is good for inflamed, red skin and helps it subside quickly, but when I actually used it, it didn't seem to be very effective in calming the redness.

The formulation was thicker than expected, so when applied, it felt a bit heavy and would remain sticky all day if not properly absorbed. However, if absorbed correctly, it creates a plump and smooth skin effect, like a well-made-up complexion.
My nose bridge area has quite a lot of uneven texture, but after generously applying it the night before and sleeping, I noticed the uneven texture calmed down and my skin texture significantly improved.

There is a bit of stickiness, which makes it slightly uncomfortable. I would prefer less stickiness!

Normally, my skin troubles have become less frequent and the heat sensation has decreased, so my skin doesn't get as hot as before. It suits my skin better than I expected, so I'm already on my second bottle!

I'm still using the pre-renewal product, and when there's a little serum left, it's not easy to put it in the pump. But the problem can be solved by turning the bottle over and tapping the bottom or fully closing the cap and pressing the rubber part!

The formulation was slightly thicker than watery, making it easy to spread and absorbing quickly. The product's color also seems to be a calming Cica shade! 
My skin has a lot of redness and occasional breakouts, and while it didn't dramatically calm the skin, I did notice a difference after using it for about a week. It worked well on painful blemishes!
The moisturizing effect was a bit more than expected, so I'm quite satisfied that I can just use a good moisturizer without needing additional serums.

The texture was a concern as it seemed thick and sticky when drawn up with the dropper, but it was surprisingly absorbed into the skin smoothly and firmly. This is the most velvety serum I've ever used.

I think I've built up an immunity from applying it too frequently. Instead of applying it often, it would be better to apply it for a few days when you have a breakout.

The skin feels too oily when using it. It has a slippery, oily sensation rather than a clear, moisturizing one, and after using more than half a bottle, I felt like I had more breakouts. After stopping use, my breakouts decreased, so I wasn't a big fan of this product. The ampoule also had a rather strong scent, which was off-putting to me.

In the beginning, I felt like it had a somewhat calming effect when I used it.
