As someone with an extremely oily scalp, I found this shampoo effective in reducing redness on my scalp. After using it, I noticed that my scalp seemed to produce less oil than usual. I didn't have any particular complaints, but I suspect this might not be suitable for those with dry scalps. This shampoo appears to work well for oily scalp types, helping to balance oil production and soothe irritation. However, it may not be the best choice for those with dry scalps due to its potentially drying effects. - bl*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 21, 2025
After finishing my green shampoo, I decided to try this product. Even though it's a scalp shampoo, it has a lovely scent and creates a rich, abundant lather - which I absolutely love! It leaves my scalp feeling refreshed and seems to reduce any heat or irritation. I'm extremely satisfied with it. My hair feels soft and smooth too. I highly recommend this for anyone dealing with hair loss concerns! So far, I've been using it without any complaints or disappointments. The reviewer seems very pleased with their new shampoo, highlighting its pleasant fragrance, lathering ability, and cooling effect on the scalp. They also mention its benefits for hair texture and recommend it specifically for those concerned about hair loss. The lack of negative feedback suggests a positive overall experience with the product. - s9****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedApr 18, 2025
I tried this shampoo because I heard it helps prevent hair loss. While I'm not sure if it actually reduces hair fall, I've noticed it does a great job controlling oil on my scalp. With other shampoos, my hair would get greasy by afternoon, and I'd have to rely on dry shampoo. But with this one, even if I wash my hair the night before, I can get through the whole day with just a bit of powder on my forehead - the rest of my hair stays relatively oil-free. It also has a refreshing scent that makes washing my hair a pleasant experience (though the fragrance doesn't linger for long). I've been using this shampoo consistently lately, and both my sister and mom agree that it seems to work well. I stock up on it when it's on sale at Coupang! I'm not sure about current shampoo prices, but the regular price for this one seems quite steep...!! My mom bought it for us to share, and I had no idea it was so expensive. Apart from the price, everything else about it is satisfactory. Remember to stock up when it's on sale at Coupang! - rl*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 13, 2025
For long, damaged hair Quantity: It has 50ml more than the green shampoo! Texture: The content is almost transparent, but like the green one, it doesn't run too freely. It has a medium-consistency transparent formula that's easy to lather. Lather: It lathers well, and the foam itself feels incredibly soft yet dense. One of Vlab's biggest advantages seems to be its soft lather! User experience: Despite having damaged hair that usually requires treatment or hair packs, this product left my hair feeling sufficiently soft even before using a treatment! Vlab is known for shampoos that lather well and feel soft, and I was satisfied with that aspect. It also felt more refreshing than the green shampoo. Scent: Well... it's not a luxurious fragrance, and while there's nothing particularly special about it, it oddly smells a bit like detergent. Effectiveness: Hmm... I heard the green one is good for scalp condition management, and the blue one helps with crown odor and controls oiliness, but I'm not so sure. In my opinion, the green one is much better! I had to stop using the blue shampoo because it made my scalp extremely dry, itchy, and caused painful blemishes on my scalp. - lc*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsMar 13, 2025
Green shampoo: Use in the evening after going out / Reduces scalp sebum Blue shampoo: Use in the morning before going out / Prevents oiliness, reduces scalp odor The lather is soft and rich. Be cautious as it may not suit everyone! Despite all the advertising, it didn't control my scalp odor. My scalp became itchy and I got blemishes all over. The fragrance wasn't to my liking either. I'm not sure if it reduced hair loss, but now my scalp is super sensitive and I don't know how to calm it down. It's a real problem! - qk*********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 7, 2025
- Gentle enough for daily shampooing - Decent price when purchased during big sales - Refreshing like mint but without any burning or tingling sensation - Can't really tell if it reduces hair loss, need to use it longer - Disappointed by the high fragrance content, though it's not overpowering or long-lasting... The scent itself is hard to describe. It's an ambiguous smell, somewhere between natural dish soap and mild antiseptic - For oily scalps, recommend double cleansing: first a pre-wash, then a main wash. If your hair is very oily or dusty, the lather disappears quickly so you might need to use more product - To reduce the smell of hair tonic: Before shampooing, thoroughly brush your hair, apply jojoba oil all over your scalp, massage for 3 minutes, rinse, then do a pre-wash followed by a main wash - 00********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 19, 2025
The cleansing effectiveness is decent, it doesn't leave any scalp odor, and it's quite pleasant to use. It's a bit disappointing to use during summer or when there's excess sebum production. It doesn't strip away oil like a shampoo for oily hair would. It's better suited for seasons other than summer. As for reducing hair loss, I'm not really sure if it makes a difference. - jh*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 7, 2025
After trying the green shampoo, I was curious about this one so I decided to give it a try. I have slightly oily hair, and since this is a shampoo for oily scalps, it seems to keep the greasiness at bay all day long. The consistency is not too runny, more like a light gel, and it leaves a cool sensation after washing. Both during lathering and rinsing, it feels gentle, and I'm definitely noticing less hair fall, which I'm really happy about. It's a large bottle, so you get a lot of product, and the price isn't too steep, making it a great value. I plan to keep using it without hesitation. I didn't experience any blemishes or negative effects while using it. - as*****Normal SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDec 28, 2024
The shampoo has a lovely scent. After washing, my hair feels soft and silky. I bought this because of hair loss concerns, but I'm not sure if it's really effective. - go****Combination SkinRecommendedNov 30, 2024
I had been using only vegan or hair loss-specific products because I was losing so much hair. But I fell for the ad and decided to try just one bottle, thinking I might be fooled. Surprisingly, I noticed significantly less hair fall, so I'm buying more. I'll have to keep using it consistently to see long-term results. I can't really tell any difference yet. It might be a good idea to use a conditioner along with this. Since this product has a cooling effect, I recommend using the cool setting on your hair dryer when drying your scalp.
