I'm so glad the Hwahae calmed down quickly!! When my skin was flipped inside out, using this for just 3 days made the acne almost disappear.

The YouTuber's giveaway is how I started using it. It contains a high amount of panthenol, which is said to be good for skin soothing, so I tried it. My skin type is T-zone oily, cheeks dry (combination?). There is redness around my cheekbones. After about 2 weeks of mainly using it in the evenings, the redness has decreased a bit. There are not many breakouts on the cheeks.
Cons
Before applying makeup, it seems to slide off like dirt. This ampoule alone makes the skin oily, a bit sticky, and dull, so it is recommended to moisturize with a toner or essence before using it. (Even though it feels sticky, the face becomes smooth after washing in the morning, which is satisfying.)

This is the best ampoule to use when your skin becomes sensitive! Whenever you have breakouts or itchiness, just apply this and then put on a moisturizing cream before bed, and your skin will be soothed.
