Texture - It has a slightly milky consistency. I thought it would be a clear serum, but it's more like a serum+cream hybrid. I was surprised by how rich it felt, more than I expected. After application, it leaves a thin, nourishing film on the skin, similar to a cream. Ingredients - As the name 'Pantesell Repair Cica' suggests, it contains panthenol and cica, which are great for improving skin barrier function. There are quite a few beneficial ingredients for this purpose. The hydration power is also impressive. I'd recommend this for dry skin types and those with a compromised skin barrier. Effects - To be honest, as someone with dry skin, I found the serum a bit heavy and suffocating, so I didn't reach for it often. Because of this, I'm not sure about its effectiveness. I've been using this product since around 2019, and it was a true 'miracle find' when my skin was completely upended due to atopic dermatitis, making everything else feel irritating. If you have super sensitive skin or are experiencing an irritable skin day, try layering this ampoule two or three times. You'll feel the soothing and hydration rising from deep within. While there was a slight change in texture and absorption after a reformulation, it still effectively balances both calming and moisturizing effects. Even when I use other ampoules, I always come back to this one on sensitive days. You absolutely must try it! Highly recommended!
Cons
The only downside is that it comes in a 30ml size. Please make it bigger... I beg you!
Tip
I have days when my atopic dermatitis flares up. On those days, I use this ampoule with a 'let's soothe it after the irritation' approach. After using a derma stamp, I layer this ampoule two or three times, followed by a nourishing cream. The next day, I can definitely feel the redness and atopic symptoms have calmed down. My skin is dry, but after using it, it feels dehydrated!! It has good spreadability and almost no fragrance.
Cons
The downside is that the capacity is a bit small and the cost-performance ratio is somewhat lacking.

My skin type: Combination (T-zone: Oily, Cheeks: Combination) Recently, I had issues with injections, seborrheic dermatitis, and was dealing with irritation, reddened cheeks, and folliculitis. I could barely apply anything, and was managing with just one lotion. No matter how gentle I tried to be, in the summer, the oil kept accumulating, pores got clogged, and my skin texture became uneven and even dry, with reddened cheeks. While battling this ultimate combination of seborrheic and sensitive skin, I decided to first focus on repairing the skin barrier, and I've been using this ampoule for about a week now. This ampoule is just... amazing. It's the best one I've used so far. 1. True to its "Barrier Repair" title, I'm experiencing daily skin (regeneration). (The redness on my T-zone, which never seemed to go away, is gradually fading) My issue was more of dermatitis due to a damaged skin barrier, and I really, really felt the soothing effect. It hasn't completely disappeared yet, but I'm so happy to see it fading day by day, it brings tears to my eyes! 2. Even with my sensitive, seborrheic skin, it feels (comfortable) when I apply it. It feels soothing and breathable on my skin. There's absolutely no irritation. 3. My skin texture is becoming (smooth) like a polished egg. After applying this ampoule in the evening and washing my face the next day, my skin feels so soft and supple. The uneven texture has calmed down a lot, and the bumps are gradually subsiding. 4. The (dryness) on my combination skin is somewhat controlled. About 4-5 hours after application, my cheeks start to feel a bit dry and slightly itchy, but reapplying it makes it calm down again. The lasting power is not bad. (Based on my combination/oily skin standard) 5. I can feel a slight (firmness) With my damaged skin, the enlarged pores and uneven texture feel slightly tighter and bouncier after using this. It just feels like my damaged skin is being soothed, regenerated, and the barrier is being strengthened. Among all the products I've bought this year, this is the best for me. Even in the summer and with my oily skin, it doesn't feel overly sticky, and the moisture-oil balance feels just right. The texture is not watery, but not too thick either, just creamy. So it may feel a bit lacking for dry skin, and a bit too much for extremely oily skin. That's why I apply it everywhere except my very oily T-zone. This is an ampoule that can be applied without irritation, even when experiencing extreme dryness on combination skin with oily T-zone and dry cheeks. Other ampoules tend to cause dryness after about 5 hours, but I didn't feel that with this one. The formula may not be preferred by those with oily skin, as it has a slightly dewy finish. I applied the hyaluronic acid ampoule first, followed by the panthenol ampoule. It worked especially well for me when my skin was flaky, red, and needed exfoliation - it really helped replenish and protect my skin's barrier.
Cons
The volume is a bit too small :( Please make the dropper a bit longer.

I repurchased this ampoule, remembering how well I used it before the renewal. I used 2 bottles with the 1+1 event discount and wrote this review. It did become a bit richer than the one I used before, but it's not as thick and creamy as a ceramide shot type. It's a good moisturizing ampoule with a nice, balanced moisture feel. That's why I keep repurchasing it. It doesn't feel stuffy or uncomfortable after application. As someone with very sensitive, rosacea-prone skin, I usually prefer ingredients like panthenol for soothing the skin barrier. This product has a good amount of that, and the lightweight yet moisturizing feel makes me reach for it often. I repurchase this for similar reasons as the cream in the same line - a few times over. I can't say I felt my skin barrier dramatically strengthening during use, but it was definitely gentler and more soothing compared to when my skin was in a compromised state, allowing me to use this ampoule and the matching cream line with confidence. I will definitely repurchase this 100% in the future.
