Hands down the best among all these ampoules and serums. While it might look a bit rich when applied, it keeps your skin hydrated all day long over sunscreen - absolutely no dryness! My skin type: - Dry: I feel the dryness as soon as I finish washing - Sensitive(?): Immediate reaction to pore-clogging ingredients like shea butter. Even one application causes tiny bumps - Facial redness: Used to be severe in winter, now it's less noticeable Daily makeup routine: - Foundation-free for 3 years now. I only use sunscreen or BB cream
ConsConsidering the abundance of affordable ampoules on the market, this one's a bit on the pricey side
TipThis review highlights the product's effectiveness for dry, sensitive skin prone to redness. The user praises its hydrating power and notes it works well under sunscreen. They've made it a staple in their routine despite the higher price point, suggesting its benefits outweigh the cost for them.

I thought it would be a clear serum, but it's more like a serum+cream hybrid. I was surprised by how rich it felt, more than I expected. After application, it leaves a thin, nourishing film on the skin, similar to a cream. Ingredients - As the name 'Pantesell Repair Cica' suggests, it contains panthenol and cica, which are great for improving skin barrier function. There are quite a few beneficial ingredients for this purpose. The hydration power is also impressive. I'd recommend this for dry skin types and those with a compromised skin barrier. Effects - To be honest, as someone with dry skin, I found the serum a bit heavy and suffocating, so I didn't reach for it often. Because of this, I'm not sure about its effectiveness. Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐ It's on the pricier side, and I didn't use it much. However, this unique texture is hard to find in other serums, so it might be a savior during cold winters. I'll try it again in winter and come back with an updated review!
ConsIt lacks a cooling effect, and the heavy texture makes my skin feel a bit greasy the next day. That's disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this for oily skin types.

If you have super sensitive skin or are experiencing an irritable skin day, try layering this ampoule two or three times. You'll feel the soothing and hydration rising from deep within. While there was a slight change in texture and absorption after a reformulation, it still effectively balances both calming and moisturizing effects. Even when I use other ampoules, I always come back to this one on sensitive days. You absolutely must try it! Highly recommended!
ConsThe only downside is that it comes in a 30ml size. Please make it bigger... I beg you!
TipI have days when my atopic dermatitis flares up. On those days, I use this ampoule with a 'let's soothe it after the irritation' approach. After using a derma stamp, I layer this ampoule two or three times, followed by a nourishing cream. The next day, I can definitely feel the redness and atopic symptoms have calmed down. That's why I recommend it!

It absorbs well and has almost no scent.
ConsThe downside is that the volume is a bit small and it's not the most cost-effective option.
TipHmm, I think it would be great to layer this on during the dry winter months.

It provides deep hydration, which is perfect for this time of year. I've been using it regularly lately.
ConsThere's hardly any moisture, but it feels quite rich. That's why I use it as a serum step on days when my skin is extremely dry.
TipRecommended for dry skin

ConsIt's inconvenient that the product doesn't come up easily in the dropper. You have to squeeze it two or three times.

I could barely use anything except for one emulsion. Even though I tried not to irritate my skin, it's summer, so sebum was building up, pores were getting clogged, my skin texture was rough, and my cheeks were getting red even when dry. I was the ultimate combo of seborrheic and sensitive skin. Deciding to focus on soothing and repairing my skin barrier first, I've been using this ampoule for about a week. This ampoule is just... honestly... the best for me so far. 1. True to its 'barrier repair' title, I'm experiencing skin regeneration daily (The redness in my butterfly zone, which wouldn't go away no matter what, is gradually fading) For me, it was more of a skin inflammation due to barrier damage rather than redness, and I really, really felt how well it soothes. It hasn't completely disappeared yet, but seeing it fade day by day makes me tear up with happiness! 2. Despite having sensitive, seborrheic dermatitis-prone skin, it feels so comfortable My skin feels at ease and like it can breathe when I apply this. There's absolutely no irritation. 3. My skin texture is becoming smooth like a peeled egg After applying this ampoule in the evening, my skin feels soft and supple when I wash my face the next morning. The rough texture has calmed down significantly, and I can feel the unevenness gradually subsiding. 4. It somewhat addresses the deep dryness of my combination dehydrated skin About 4-5 hours after application, my cheeks start to feel dry and slightly itchy, but reapplying calms it down. The lasting power isn't bad (This is based on combination dehydrated or oily skin standards) 5. I can feel a slight firmness My skin was damaged, with sagging pores and rough texture, but after applying this, it feels slightly firm and bouncy. It just feels like it's soothing, regenerating, and strengthening the barrier of my damaged skin, making it the best cosmetic product I've bought this year. Despite it being summer and me having oily skin, it's less sticky than I expected and has a good balance of oil and moisture. The texture isn't watery, more like mucus, but not thick. It's just moisturizing. So dry skin types might find it insufficient, and very oily skin types might find it a bit much. That's why I'm applying it everywhere except my oily nose and chin. I like how it applies, as it's surprisingly hydrating and moisturizing. This product broke my misconception that sensitive skin always needs products with fewer ingredients. I'm pleasantly surprised!
ConsThere are no downsides! Maybe I wish the volume was larger? Absolutely no complaints!!!! I'm shocked that there aren't more reviews for this product.
TipIf your skin is damaged or in urgent need of barrier repair, it's worth giving this a try. I also recommend applying it partially to damaged areas. After letting about three layers of toner absorb, apply the ampoule and finish with a moisturizing cream. Your skin will feel incredibly soft the next day!

ConsFor those with dry skin, it doesn't provide enough moisture, so I'd slightly hesitate to recommend it!

Unlike other brands' ampoules where I feel dry after about 5 hours, I don't experience that with this one. It's not a texture that oily skin types will love, but it gives a nice glow. I apply the hyaluronic acid ampoule followed by the panthenol ampoule. It works especially well when you have flaky dead skin cells, redness, or after exfoliating. It definitely feels like it's filling in and protecting the skin barrier.
ConsThe volume is way too small... Please make the dropper longer!
TipMake sure to wait a bit before applying your next skincare product.

This review is after using two bottles purchased during a 1+1 event sale. While it feels slightly richer than the previous version, it's not as thick as the ceramide shot ampoule. It's a hydrating ampoule with a nice balance of oil and moisture and a pleasant texture, which is why I keep coming back to it. After application, it feels comfortable and not heavy on the skin. As someone with sensitive, redness-prone skin that reacts easily to environmental factors, I appreciate the high panthenol content for its soothing and barrier-strengthening properties. The lightweight feel combined with effective hydration makes me reach for it often. I keep repurchasing this product, along with the cream from the same line, for similar reasons. While I can't say I felt my skin barrier becoming dramatically stronger with each use, it's definitely gentle enough to use confidently even when my skin is irritated, and I believe it provides a decent level of care. I'm 100% likely to repurchase in the future.
ConsThose with extremely dry skin might find this insufficient for deep hydration. I wish it came in a larger size, as I use it generously and go through it quickly.
TipIt pairs well with the cream from the same line. I've also found it works great under a modeling mask.
