Pros
I tried out the sample kit after requesting it, but... Well... it didn't have any effect and it stung my skin. I thought I was the only one experiencing the tingling sensation, but after reading other reviews, I see that others felt it too. For me, when a product stings, I worry it might be too harsh and could potentially cause more blemishes, so I stopped using it. I won't be repurchasing this product.

Pros
When you want to calm irritated skin or get rid of blemishes, this is your go-to product! I loved that it showed results within a day, making it perfect for those urgent skin emergencies.

Pros
The usage experience is good. The essence has the characteristic texture of niacinamide. It absorbs quickly and the finish has the silky feel typical of silicone.
Cons
My skin feels too irritated. It's a typical strong acid-induced irritation. Since the product contains a mix of LHA, AHA, and BHA, the irritation is quite severe, so I immediately washed my face. The sensation is more akin to LHA and AHA than BHA. Even after washing my face with a foam cleanser and applying a soothing cream within 5 minutes, the irritation persists.
Tip
It is not recommended. If applied, it would be thinly applied only to areas with thicker skin, such as the forehead.

Pros
Although it's an essence, its texture doesn't flow like a moisturizer. It absorbs well and applies smoothly without feeling sticky or sitting on top of the skin.
Cons
Sometimes when my skin is super sensitive, it can feel irritating and cause a tingling sensation.
Tip
To reduce irritation, apply it locally, avoiding the eye area, and layer it over a hydrating product.

Pros
The only positive aspect is that it absorbs well. I had to really stretch to find something good to say just to meet the minimum character count. There's honestly nothing truly praiseworthy about it.
Cons
It stings immediately upon application. I thought it might be due to the exfoliating ingredients, so I tried to endure it for about 10 minutes, but I couldn't bear it any longer and had to wash it off. Despite that, the tingling sensation persisted, and my face even turned red and felt hot. I strongly advise against this for those with super sensitive skin or blemish-prone skin.

I can't live without this... It's an absolute must-have for those prone to blemishes. I've been using it so consistently that I didn't realize how good it was until I tried another product and broke out terribly. Now I can't stop using it!
Cons
For those with super sensitive skin, it might be quite irritating, so I recommend applying it only to very small areas!

Pros
Skin concern: Excess sebum on the chin area causing bumpy texture, and hormonal blemishes appearing during menstrual cycles. This repeated pattern left constant scarring on my chin :( Usage period: Used twice daily, morning and night, from December 9th to January 7th for comparison (before and after photos dated). I tried Effaclar Duo+ M Essence as it claimed to control excess sebum. Initially, some dead skin cells surfaced after cleansing, but after a month of use, the bumpy sebum buildup noticeably decreased. With less sebum accumulation, blemishes stopped appearing. I've tried various products for blemishes and cleansers to eliminate sebum, but so far, nothing has addressed the root cause of my skin concerns like this product. I'm extremely satisfied with it!
Cons
When I first applied it all over my face, it stung intensely. While it gets better with continued use, the initial irritation was so severe that areas touching my lips became red and swollen. It also stings if it gets into your eyes. The quantity feels small for the price, which is disappointing. Unfortunately, even after a month of use, it didn't fade severely discolored scars...
Tip
My routine: First cleanse with cleansing oil, followed by a cleansing soap. Then I applied in this order: toner > Effaclar Duo > hydrating cream > regenerating cream.

Pros
Absorbs well and sinks in nicely. No residue left on the skin. Leaves the skin feeling fresh.
Cons
It's quite pricey, unfortunately. Different areas of my skin have varying levels of sensitivity, and on the more sensitive parts, it caused peeling. While it might not be solely due to this product, it definitely feels more tingling compared to other products.
Tip
Apply in thin layers. It's safer to start with areas where your skin barrier is stronger and gradually increase usage.
