Yet, I suddenly developed a vaginal infection, which really puzzled me, so I ended up visiting the hospital. One day, due to my schedule, I had to carry this feminine hygiene product with me, and I put it in my bag. However, it leaked, and when I wiped the leaked product, I noticed it was not clear but rather orange in color. I turned the bottle upside down and shook the opening, and it was definitely an orange color. I heard that there is an issue with rust in the internal pumping mechanism, and that is what I experienced. So I inquired with Aromatica, but they said that without a 'medical statement,' it would be difficult to compensate for the hospital expenses. They said a medical statement diagnosing the vaginal infection caused by this product is required. However, I went to the hospital without knowing about the rust issue, so how could I have obtained a medical statement in advance? I used the product even though I had already developed the vaginal infection, not knowing about the problem. They still insist that a medical statement is required based on their policy, even when I explain this exceptional situation. I understand the need for proper documentation like prescriptions or receipts, but in this exceptional case, there seems to be no compensation method, which feels like bureaucratic red tape. Honestly, isn't it obvious that putting a rusted product on a sensitive area would inevitably cause a problem? Even when I went to get a medical statement for a previous issue with another company's feminine hygiene product due to mold, the doctor was not willing to provide an official statement saying the product was the clear cause. Why should the affected customer have to go through the process of proving it? I was not asking for any significant compensation, just the minimum responsibility for the hospital expenses, which were quite small. I am disappointed with the Aromatica product and their handling of the issue.
