The pump dispenser and foaming formula made it convenient to use. It's recommended for use during menstruation or when you feel less fresh down there, and I definitely felt cleaner using this compared to the unscented version. 1. Scent - Unlike the unscented product, this one has a cool fragrance which I found slightly off-putting. 2. Sensation - When using it, I experienced a mild cooling sensation with a hint of warmth, which felt a bit strange. Because of this sensation, I didn't reach for it as often as the unscented version. It's recommended to use feminine washes only once or twice a week. I used this product regularly without any issues, but after reading other reviews, I see there's a mold problem. I'll finish what I have, but I won't be repurchasing. This company is known for feminine hygiene products, yet they're having mold issues in items used on women's most sensitive areas? Unacceptable. Many people have suffered because of this, and the company's response has been inadequate. It's just okay. I tried it based on recommendations, but it's so-so. I can't really recommend it, but I'm not against it either. Nothing particularly bad to mention, haha. Give it a try! The cleansing effectiveness is decent, like a feminine hygiene product, and I enjoyed the slightly cooling sensation. I wouldn't recommend this if you dislike even the slightest floral scent.

I put it in my bag, and it leaked. When I wiped the leaked product, it wasn't clear but orange. When I turned it upside down and tapped the opening, it was definitely orange. I'd heard about the rusty water issue due to the spring in the internal pump, and that's exactly what I experienced. So I contacted Aromatica, but they said they couldn't compensate for my medical expenses without a "medical opinion" stating that the vaginal infection was caused by this feminine wash. How could I have gotten a medical opinion when I went to the doctor without knowing about the rusty water? I even continued to use it without realizing, even after getting the infection. Even after explaining this situation, they insist that it's company policy to require a medical opinion. I understand the need for accurate documentation, and I can easily get a diagnosis or receipt, but their handling of this exceptional situation was like inflexible bureaucracy with no room for compensation. Honestly, isn't it obvious that applying rusty water to such a sensitive area would cause problems? When I tried to get a medical opinion for a moldy feminine wash from another brand in the past, the doctor was reluctant to definitively state that the product was the cause. Why should the patient, the affected customer, have to go through the process of proving this? I wasn't asking for extraordinary compensation beyond the medical expenses, which were quite minimal. I thought it was a reasonable request for them to take responsibility, but I'm disappointed in both the Aromatica product and their customer service. I've always struggled with severe vaginal infections, and during ovulation, the odor and amount of discharge were so intense that I had to change underwear or wear pads. The scent isn't overwhelming - just a subtle, comforting soap fragrance that gives me the confidence to sit however I want! During menstruation, my skin gets very sensitive from pad friction, but the Chamomile & Tea Tree formula really helps soothe my skin. I used it without any irritation. It's great to have such a gentle way to care for the intimate area. There's nothing to complain about... It's truly a life-changing product. I've been using this for over a year now! Out of more than five products I use, this one gives me the most satisfaction. I guess because it's such a good product, there are hardly ever any sales or promotions for it, haha!

First off, I love the clean ingredients. The micro-foam is incredibly soft on the skin. The tea tree scent is refreshing, and even after washing, it leaves a cool sensation that makes me feel invigorated. There's nothing particularly bad to mention. I'm using it very well!
