How could I have gotten a medical opinion when I went to the doctor without knowing about the rusty water? I even continued to use it without realizing, even after getting the infection.

Even after explaining this situation, they insist that it's company policy to require a medical opinion. I understand the need for accurate documentation, and I can easily get a diagnosis or receipt, but their handling of this exceptional situation was like inflexible bureaucracy with no room for compensation.

Honestly, isn't it obvious that applying rusty water to such a sensitive area would cause problems? When I tried to get a medical opinion for a moldy feminine wash from another brand in the past, the doctor was reluctant to definitively state that the product was the cause. Why should the patient, the affected customer, have to go through the process of proving this?

I wasn't asking for extraordinary compensation beyond the medical expenses, which were quite minimal. I thought it was a reasonable request for them to take responsibility, but I'm disappointed in both the Aromatica product and their customer service.
