At first, I just sprayed it and waited for it to absorb. The effect was minimal. I had three bottles stashed away and felt it was a waste, so I checked some blogs for usage tips and tried again. It works! You need to spray it and then pat it in to help it absorb. If you just spray it on, your skin can feel drier and you won't see results. You have to pat it in until it's fully absorbed for it to be effective. My skin became softer and the rough texture improved significantly. After 3 weeks of use, I'm satisfied. The amount is too small! You need to spray it 2-3 times a day, but one bottle only lasts about 15 days. It's quite expensive. - The design is clean and attractive - It sprays well even when turned upside down, allowing you to reach hard-to-see areas like your back or buttocks - With keratosis pilaris all over my body, the amount is perfect for applying after every shower - I haven't used it for a full month yet, but it seems to have a slight effect on reducing keratosis pilaris - I'll need to spray it more regularly and maintain a consistent routine to see better results

It's incredibly refreshing! The more you spray, the longer the cooling effect lasts. It absorbs super quickly and has excellent soothing properties. There's nothing bad to say... Even if I tried really hard to find a flaw, I couldn't. My arms had rough, bumpy skin, but after using this, it feels a bit smoother! Although it hasn't been long, I'm pleased to see such quick smoothing effects in a short time. What I especially love is that unlike some clear body mists, there's no alcohol to make me cough - it's such a relief! I can't think of anything disappointing about it! I'll keep using it consistently to achieve silky smooth skin.

The blue bottle had a strong alcohol scent that made my nose tingle when I breathed right after spraying, but this product doesn't have that issue at all. Honestly, I'm not sure about its effectiveness in improving keratosis pilaris, but since even dermatologists say there's no specific treatment for it, I didn't have high expectations and thus no disappointment. I'm definitely satisfied with how well it suppresses facial and back acne. The quantity is too small... I wish they would release it in a larger size like the blue bottle, 200ml or more.

While it's common in adolescence, I was puzzled why it suddenly appeared during menopause. From the product description of a body mist, I learned that these bumps result from extreme dryness and excessive dead skin cells clumping together. As someone with very dry skin in winter, I've been using rich creams and oils extensively for hydration. However, I realized I might have neglected proper exfoliation. I suspect the bumps worsened when I couldn't exfoliate properly due to flat warts. While both exfoliation and hydration are crucial, focusing solely on moisturizing seemed to make the clumped dead skin cells more noticeable. I decided to try this product, which promises exfoliation, hydration, and moisturizing benefits, concentrating on my legs after showering. I loved the spray power and scent. Most importantly, unlike some mists that can leave skin feeling tight, this one didn't at all. With consistent use after each shower, I noticed my skin becoming smoother. My condition is somewhere between keratosis pilaris and regular bumps. I think using the entire bottle will give me a definitive answer on its effectiveness. After a week of use, I'm using it without any discomfort. It seems to be working well on my husband's bumpy back and my legs, so I hope it becomes a long-term addition to our shower routine.
