For a mineral sunscreen, it applies surprisingly smoothly.
ConsThere wasn't really anything disappointing about it. I'm just filling up the required character count here.

Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it's not too drying and doesn't irritate my eyes! Also, I have some acne scars on my cheeks, and since switching to this sunscreen, I've noticed them visibly fading, which I'm thrilled about. It feels powdery and doesn't break down easily. There's also a slight brightening effect, so I highly recommend it to those who, like me, only use sunscreen as their base.
ConsThere's an unfamiliar scent when you first apply it, which might be Indian gooseberry? The fragrance is quite strong initially, but it completely dissipates after about an hour, so you shouldn't worry about it. The only other drawback I can think of is the price... Other than that, I'm extremely satisfied with this product!

My cheeks and upper forehead are very dry, while my lower forehead and around the mouth are oily. <Pros> -No irritation + No eye stinging Since the mineral filters absorb into the skin to protect against UV rays while also reflecting them on the surface, it doesn't cause irritation. I've never experienced any stinging or skin reactions while using this product. And I've never felt any eye irritation either! -Not drying + Applies smoothly For me, dryness is even more important than irritation when it comes to sunscreens. I've tried many mineral sunscreens that were more drying than chemical ones, which actually caused more irritation to my skin. But this product works really well for me. It applies incredibly smoothly for a mineral sunscreen. The texture feels like whipped cream. Most importantly, it's much less drying! It's not completely free of dryness - I felt a slight tightness on my cheeks, but compared to other products that make my skin feel cracked, this one just feels slightly taut. The dryness is really minimal! (I've only used it in summer so far, so I'll update my review after using it in fall and winter) -The scent isn't overpowering Almost all the mineral sunscreens I've tried had a distinct smell! They often have a heavy, typical sunscreen scent that doesn't feel like a cosmetic product, but this one doesn't have that strong odor, so I didn't mind applying it! -It doesn't come off easily This could be both a pro and a con. I sweat a lot on my forehead, and with chemical sunscreens, the product would come off with sweat during outdoor activities. But this product stays put on the skin like it's waterproof, not running off with sweat.
ConsThere are so many things I like about it and it really suits me well! -Double cleansing is necessary Since it's waterproof and resistant to water, it doesn't wash off well with just one cleanse. So I first cleanse with a gel cleanser, then follow up with a mildly alkaline foam cleanser. The need for double cleansing makes it difficult for someone like me with sensitive skin and a weak skin barrier to use it daily. So I only use it on days when I have a lot of outdoor activities! -It's thick and dry, causing makeup to pill + It leaves a white cast This seems unavoidable with mineral sunscreens. Even though it's relatively moisturizing, it applies a bit thickly like whipped cream and leaves a slight dryness later, so I don't often use it when I'm wearing makeup. In those cases, I use a chemical sunscreen! I recommend D*fon# Sun Block (it's the most fluid and has the most oil content, so it's great for very dry skin!) or G*# Pure Houttuynia Cordata Calming Moisturizing Sun Cream (despite being a chemical sunscreen, it doesn't irritate the skin and is moisturizing without feeling greasy, so it's my top recommendation for wearing under makeup!). The white cast makes it difficult to apply a large amount. It takes time to pat it in and absorb, which can be inconvenient when I'm in a rush to go out.
TipIf you don't apply the proper amount of sunscreen because of the white cast, its effectiveness will be reduced. So make sure to apply enough and pat it in thoroughly to absorb - it'll be a bit less white! I also find it challenging to apply the right amount because of the white cast, but try to use at least a finger-length amount to protect yourself from the intense summer sun!

ConsIt feels a bit thick when applying, and I think the amount is a little small. That's the only downside
