Although it's a water toner, it has a slight viscosity, so it doesn't pour out in a gush, which I liked. Since it's not a gushing type, I didn't have to pour it onto a cotton pad, and it was fine to dispense it onto my hands as well. And the moisturizing power is good, so I didn't need to apply it multiple times for the hydration to last.
