Pros
I used the Lapel Vegan Soothing Toner twice a day for 2 weeks. As I have sensitive skin, I always conduct an allergy test on the inner part of my elbow. Fortunately, there was no allergic reaction, and it did not seem to contain any irritating ingredients. I recommend it to those with sensitive skin. While it is not heavily moisturizing, it is suitable for use during the hot summer weather, and it seems safe for acne-prone skin like that of teenagers. The package design is simple, and the color combination is decent. However, the nozzle design reminds me of very old releases, and the dosage control is not easy. As someone with a wide face, I can use up the entire amount, but women or those with smaller faces may find the dosage control challenging. The cost-effectiveness seems decent.

There were no particularly bad aspects. By excluding all irritating ingredients, the functional aspects did not stand out significantly either.

This is a package photo before and after use. I like it! The formulation is a typical toner formulation. The scent is a refreshing herbal scent. It seems like a scent that won't have strong likes or dislikes. The usage experience doesn't seem to be much different from a regular toner, but since I have extremely sensitive skin, I used it very gently and it worked well for me. I'm glad it's a sensitive skin-tailored product with no unnecessary irritating ingredients. It also provides good hydration. Some products claim to provide hydration, but end up making the skin feel tight or irritated, but I didn't experience any of that. This is a very gentle, sensitive skin-exclusive hydrating toner!
