I love soaking cotton pads generously for toning, but with expensive toners, I couldn't use them as freely. The Lap:et toner is only $5, so I can comfortably use it for toning and even layer it 3-4 times! Product effectiveness (hydration): Not only is it affordable, but the product quality is also excellent. It provides sufficient hydration with a water-like texture that doesn't feel sticky at all! Gentle ingredients: I have sensitive skin, but I had no issues using this product! In fact, it felt soothing when I applied it after a hot morning shower.
