It's great for pigmentation issues. When applied like an ointment to areas with blemishes and pigmentation before bed, you'll notice a significant improvement in discoloration the very next day! I don't have any complaints, but since it contains 30% Vitamin C, those with sensitive skin should be cautious. You might experience some dead skin cells in the applied areas. If this happens, simply pause usage for a while. - db*********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJun 9, 2025
When used as a spot treatment, I definitely felt like it lightened my blemishes and dark spots. It's a shame that due to the product's nature, I had to discard some of the oil that came out initially when I first started using it. I found that shaking the product before use helps manage the oil output a bit better. - ta******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 18, 2025
After trying it once, I found it wasn't too harsh despite its potency. When I saw it on sale, I grabbed another one. It's great that it can be stored at room temperature and has a high vitamin C content for its price. - kw*****Normal SkinRecommendedMar 9, 2025
I bought this for its high vitamin content. I think it'll be effective with consistent use. It's great that it can be stored at room temperature. Being a 30% product, it does cause some tingling and irritation. You'll need to be mindful of soothing your skin while using it. - 6h********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMar 6, 2025
I had been struggling with hyperpigmentation from squeezing pimples and neglecting skincare. I heard Vitamin C was great for this, so I considered using a serum. However, I was worried about irritation from applying serum all over my face. I wondered if there was something I could use more locally, and that's when I spotted the It's&Tree Vitamin C cream and bought it right away. There's absolutely no irritation, and the high Vitamin C content seems perfect for targeted treatment. When you first use it, don't be alarmed if some oil comes out. Just squeeze it onto the back of your hand until the cream consistency appears, then apply. The main drawback seems to be the oil that comes out when you first use it. But after squeezing 2-3 times, the cream consistency appeared, so it wasn't a big issue! - so******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 6, 2024
The effectiveness seems pretty decent. It's not easy to find a product with such a high concentration. It works well when applied generously to areas with pigmentation before bed. The quantity is a bit small. It's probably best to use this as a spot treatment. If you try to apply it over a large area, it can leave a white cast. This seems to be due to the high concentration being formulated into a cream. When rubbed over a larger area, it might pill like dead skin cells. If you want to apply it over a larger area, try mixing it thoroughly with an emulsion or cream before application. - bi*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedNov 6, 2024
I started using this to improve my acne scars, and the more I use it, the more visible the results become. It's fine except that if you apply too much, your skin might feel a tingling sensation. Of course, this seems unavoidable due to the high concentration of vitamin C. - oo*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedOct 24, 2024
I had a few scattered scars on my face, though not too noticeable. After using this along with another niacinamide serum, I saw significant improvements! I didn't expect such remarkable results, especially in less than a month. The effects were quickly visible, making me feel I made a great purchase. My skin didn't show any sensitivity, and I had no issues even when applying it only at night before bed. The only slight inconvenience was that the product tends to separate, so you need to pour off a bit of oil before use. Other than that, I didn't find any drawbacks! - lg******Normal SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 13, 2024
It's fantastic for reducing redness and pigmentation left behind by acne! The price is a bit steep, so I'm hesitant to buy it unless it's on sale. - bs********Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedAug 12, 2024
I could clearly see the blemishes on my skin becoming lighter It took quite a long time of consistent use to see noticeable results
