It applies like a watery toner, feeling lightweight without any stickiness, yet it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. Instead, it provides a nice hydrating effect. After absorbing it into my skin with my hands, I notice my skin texture and pores appear more refined, giving my complexion a cleaner look. I'm not entirely convinced about the quality of the ingredients. While it claims to be alcohol-free, there's a scent that reminds me of alcohol, which I don't find particularly pleasant. Although it's marketed as a treatment essence, I'm not sure if it provides deep hydration to the skin. As a Hwahae Tester, I always look for products that work hard to balance oil and moisture for my combination dehydrated skin. While this essence shows promise in evening out skin tone and refining pores, it falls short in delivering that coveted Inner Glow and deep hydration I crave. For those with super sensitive skin, the questionable scent might be a concern. It's wonderfully hydrating. Absorbs well into the skin. Not too lightweight, but gives a slightly nourishing feel. As expected, luxury cosmetics truly deliver superior product performance. It's convenient and nice that I can apply it right after cleansing. The feeling is moisturizing and soft. This works great as the first essence-toner hybrid to apply after cleansing. Highly recommended for those with dry skin. It has a refreshing yet nourishing feel, absorbing thinly with a silky smooth texture. The moment you apply it, any deep dryness instantly vanishes. It's just amazing! I have extremely dry skin, but this isn't sticky at all. The moment I apply it, it feels like my skin instantly drinks it up. For once, I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. The ratio of the oil layer to the water essence layer is incredible, absorbing completely without leaving any residue, yet not drying out the skin. With its acidic ingredients, it's great for daily dead skin cell care. Lancôme's technology truly deserves recognition. The user experience justifies the price... There are no downsides... none at all... Though you'll need to work hard to afford this price.
