However, I liked that there was no stickiness after application.
ConsUnfortunately, I developed a skin rash after using it, so I haven't been able to try it again after the first time. I kept in mind to: 1. Apply at night 2. Use every other day 3. Start with a small amount But whether it's because I have super sensitive skin or the retinal ingredient just doesn't suit me, it's been a week since I used it, and the rash that appeared when I first applied it hasn't subsided. I'm still struggling with it. I'd like to recommend starting cautiously, keeping in mind that it may cause irritation. Currently, I'm continuously applying steroid ointment, but there's no improvement, which is quite alarming. The company provides a handwritten guide about precautions, so make sure to read it and refer to reviews before using. To be honest, I'm scared to try again, so I'm considering waiting until the rash heals, then maybe trying again with an even smaller amount and thorough moisturizing after some time has passed. + 2024.12.30 On my second attempt, I applied an even smaller amount and paid extra attention to moisturizing, but the very next day, a rash appeared and it's incredibly itchy... I guess the retinal ingredient just doesn't work for me. There's no adjustment period or anything, it's too itchy to continue. I urge those with sensitive skin to be cautious.
TipI envy those who can use it without issues.

It's like winter-dry / summer-combination dehydrated skin, you know? Scent: At first, it has this peculiar, artificial scent, but as it absorbs, it transforms into a subtle, slightly fresh fragrance. Texture: It has a vibrant yellow appearance, like paint! It absorbs quickly when applied, leaving a soft, matte finish. However, it seems to give my skin a slightly yellow tint. Effectiveness: I think it's working! After my face calmed down, I noticed my nasolabial folds appeared slightly less pronounced. It's as if the creases were filled in a bit. At first, I thought it might be puffing up my face to smooth out wrinkles! While I can feel it working, I'm hesitant to use it regularly because I'm worried about potential after-effects. The day after I first used it, my entire face became red and swollen, so I couldn't use it properly. I thought I had applied only a small amount as per the instructions, but I guess I used more than I should have. It seems like it spread all over my face as I applied my skincare routine - toner, retinal serum, and emulsion. After my skin calmed down, I tried again 5 days later. This time, I applied my usual routine - toner, pore ampoule, emulsion, and cream. Then, as a final step, I squeezed out a pea-sized amount, spread it on the back of my hand, and then gently patted only a tiny bit on my forehead and nasolabial folds. But the next day, just those areas were red and swollen again! I'll attach a photo for reference.
ConsRetinal side effects?!? A few hours after applying it on the first day, the area under my chin suddenly started itching. Then I gradually felt heat on my cheeks, my eyes became puffy, and the itchy part of my neck swelled up. When I was about to go to bed, I quickly searched online and found the symptoms were similar to retinol side effects. I washed around my eyes and neck with water, which helped the itching a little. The next morning, I woke up with my face red, swollen, and hot. This is the first time I've experienced such side effects. If you must use it, apply an extremely small amount. And make sure to follow up with a very hydrating product. The areas on my cheeks that felt hot became extremely dry. So I woke up in the middle of the night and slathered on a thick layer of moisturizer. After things calmed down, I tried again 5 days later, using a tiny amount on specific areas. But the next day, I felt the same symptoms, so this time I applied a lot of soothing ampoule. Even so, I still felt some itching and extreme dryness. I've never been picky about skincare products, but this is the first time I've had such a reaction. I guess my skin is more sensitive to retinal than I thought. ***I absolutely do not recommend this product for those with super sensitive skin. If you're curious, please test it on your arm or another area first!
