This is my go-to for pore care, no question about it. When I use this, my skin becomes incredibly smooth. Whenever I'm washing my face and notice my skin texture, I reach for this right away. It might be a bit harsh if used too frequently. On days when I use it more often, I dissolve it in water and don't roll it as much to minimize irritation. There's also a lavender version available. I've been using this for about two weeks now. Lately, I've been dealing with a lot of small blemishes like bumps and tiny spots, so I decided to try this famous Strawberry Black Sugar Mask from Skinfood. Texture: It's thicker and a bit harder than I expected, but it softens up nicely when it meets your body heat. That was kind of fun to experience! The application method is simple - don't roll it with your hands, just apply it and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Then, wet your hands and gently massage it off. Results: It worked wonders on my skin texture! While it didn't completely eliminate all my blemishes, I'd say about half of them disappeared. I think with consistent use, it might be possible to get rid of them all. Scent: The fragrance is truly legendary. When a product smells this good, you can't help but reach for it often. The scent is so delicious, it could give most strawberry jams a run for their money - it literally makes you want to eat it! I'm definitely keen on using this more consistently. I think I'll have to try some other products from this line too. Texture: It's a bit hard, and since it's sugar, the scrub particles are quite coarse. I'm a huge fan of strawberry fragrances, which is why I decided to buy it, and the smell is absolutely delightful. The fragrance is absolutely delightful, but that's about the only standout feature I noticed. Compared to other food masks, it doesn't seem to offer anything particularly unique. Those with super sensitive skin should be cautious! After using this, my skin completely peeled off... I suspect the intense irritation was the cause, so I've since reduced the application time and been extra gentle when cleansing. Since other food masks can easily replace this one, I probably won't repurchase it. The scent is absolutely divine - I'm in love with it! You can actually see the strawberry seeds. It's fantastic at removing dead skin cells. And it even tastes good (not that I recommend eating it!) The sugar granules can be a bit harsh on the skin. I suggest leaving it on for a bit while showering to let it soften before using. It smooths out my skin texture, so using it 2-3 times a week would be ideal. Considering the price, the amount seems a bit less than expected, which is disappointing.
