While cushion foundations typically offer less coverage than traditional foundations, this one provides coverage comparable to a regular foundation. Secondly, it creates a beautiful skin finish. It gives you a clean, smooth base with a lovely texture. Lastly, despite being a matte cushion, it doesn't look cakey. Depending on your skin type, you might find it semi-matte to matte. It's a great option for those with dry skin who occasionally want to use a matte cushion. While the finish is definitely matte, it doesn't leave your skin feeling overly dry underneath, which is why I recommend it. It does have a slight darkening effect. Those who prefer a brighter complexion might find this a bit disappointing. I have a slightly yellow undertone without redness, so I opted for a cool tone. It's best to choose a shade lighter than usual, as I found from my research. Though I have combination dehydrated skin, I wanted to try a slightly matte product. The fixing time is a bit slower than the Black Cushion, which works well for someone like me who's not great at application. Since my skin lacks moisture, there can be some pilling (especially when I have to wear a mask for work - it's impossible to avoid pilling after a while). However, when I don't wear a mask, there's no pilling at all if I don't apply it too thick. I wouldn't recommend this to those who don't like matte products (especially for dry skin). When reapplying after some time, it will definitely pill. I purchased this at a discount of about 20,000-30,000 won using a coupon on the Amore Pacific app. Make sure to have a solid skincare routine. I use watery, fluid-like products and let them absorb slowly. I also use a product that combines primer and moisturizer. I start by applying a thin layer with a brush, then pat it in with a puff. When reapplying later, I gently blot my face with a tissue to absorb excess oil (don't wipe it off completely). From May 2024 to present: This product seems well-suited for oily skin types. The coverage is good, but it's slightly dark and has a rich texture. I love the scent - it feels like a product that combines makeup and skincare. Regarding the recommended complexion, even though I have warm undertones, I bought shade C because Hera's colors tend to run dark. Still, it's worth noting that it's on the darker side. It's dark and has a rich texture. Even though it's shade 17, it's still dark, so I recommend choosing a different shade. Go for a lighter shade!
