Pros
The skin irritation seems to be calming down. The scent may be divisive, but I didn't find it too bad. I feel like my skin is getting healthier. The cooling sensation didn't feel very refreshing for the first 5-10 minutes, but I gradually felt it getting cooler over time. I usually only leave it on for 15 minutes, but the cooling sensation was so short-lived that I kept it on longer.
