It's quite difficult to control the portion...! It seems better to use it little by little.

1. I was pleased with how well it removed makeup, including eye makeup and foundation, leaving a clean feeling (I don't use mascara).
2. The amount is not too little, and if it's on sale for 15,000 won as it is now, it seems quite cost-effective.
3. I have sensitive skin, but after using the Banila Co. balm for the first cleanse and a cleansing foam for the second cleanse for a week, I'm satisfied that there has been no negative reaction from my skin.
4. When using this product alone for cleansing, there is no tight, dry feeling on my face, which I like.

I, with sensitive, delicate, and thin skin, experienced localized breakouts resembling folliculitis after using the product, and felt a slight tightness after the moisture dried up.

It has excellent cleansing power and a very soft formulation. It seems to effectively remove sebum while rolling on the skin.

The only downside is that the amount control is a bit tricky, as you have to scoop it out yourself. Being a balm-type, it only comes in a jar format, which is a bit of a shame.
It's marketed as suitable for dry skin, but while it doesn't dry out the skin, it's not as moisturizing as claimed either.
Overall, though, I'm still quite satisfied with it.

I tried a night-type cleanser after hearing that they are better than cleansing oils, and I found it quite convenient. Unlike cleansing oils that almost require a double cleanse, a single thorough cleanse is often enough with this product. It seems to clean very well and is gentle. It also removes mascara quite effectively.
The included spatula is handy, and there's even a separate compartment in the lid to store it, which is convenient.

Addition:
Even when my mascara is heavily layered with a fixing spray, a bit of rolling motion can remove it perfectly. I think I'll stick with this product.
