Personally, I don't think this product is bad at all... I actually thought it was quite nice. While I'm not an expert on highlighters, this one seems to apply evenly and feels pretty good. It wasn't as disappointing as I expected. If I had to nitpick, I wish there was a warm-toned palette available... Also, it would be great if the product was sold in more locations. - so******Oily SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessMar 20, 2025
... None. Honestly, no matter how hard I try to squeeze out a positive, there's nothing. Well... maybe it's natural? It crumbles to pieces. The unjustifiable price, weird gratis stickers (why am I the one feeling guilty about the environment when they're the ones who printed them?), and color payoff that's completely different from what the promotional text claims, barely showing up at all... This is the product I regret buying the most out of everything I purchased last year. The best tip I can give is not to buy it at all. - ye********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 24, 2024
The fine, shimmery pearls create a beautifully natural highlight! It's truly stunning. This highlighter has a hip and kitschy vibe that's perfect for those in their 20s. As a warm-toned woman in her 30s, I find it a bit overwhelming. It seems like it would suit cool-toned individuals much better. - wa********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedOct 1, 2024
I've been hesitant to review this much-discussed palette, wanting to use it thoroughly before forming an opinion unswayed by others' reviews. Now, I'm ready to share my thoughts. When it comes to quads, it's natural to compare them to the legendary Dior Backstage. In my experience, this palette holds its own quite well. While the particles might be slightly thicker than Backstage, the luminosity is impressive. It offers a smooth radiance with a beautiful highlighter-like glow. The pigmentation is excellent (especially for the outer shades) and the adherence rivals high-end brands. I also appreciate the unique color story. You can achieve a subtle effect with a light hand (which can be tricky for beginners, but you'll get the hang of it quickly), or build it up for a stunning foiled look. I love how different tools can create varied luminous effects. For all these reasons, I'm giving it five stars! While I'm very satisfied and don't have any major complaints, the price point is a bit steep. It's not exactly an impulse purchase you can easily justify making frequently. - pe**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesRecommendedAug 31, 2024
The 4-piece combination is great, making it fun to mix and apply. Each piece is also easy to use individually. The engraved text wears off quickly, and the size makes storage a bit inconvenient. - jm*****Combination SkinRecommendedJul 30, 2024
The color payoff is truly outstanding! It's so vibrant that you can see it from a distance, so I can confidently wear it without worrying about it fading away. The plastic case makes me a bit anxious about when it might break... But honestly, that's the only drawback I can think of! - js****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessRecommendedApr 30, 2024
The color payoff is excellent, and the shades are diverse and unique - hard to find in the domestic market. It's definitely worth adding to your collection! The longevity and adherence to the skin are also impressive. The packaging is a bit disappointing, and I feel the price point isn't quite justified. - pz***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 24, 2024
Hello, this is October! :) I'm thrilled to share my thoughts on the highlighter palette personally created by none other than Jeon Somi! It's the Glowish Illuette Highlighter Palette! I bought it as soon as it launched, and let me tell you... I'm absolutely delighted with it! Lately, I've been completely obsessed with highlighters, trying out various options. Among my recent purchases, this one stands out as my favorite and most frequently used. What I love most is how finely milled the powder is - not chunky or powdery at all. You can feel its smoothness just by touching it! Another killer feature is how it adheres to the skin with minimal fallout. Tralala: It's not an overly fluorescent shade, but rather a perfect, classic pink. It looks stunning when applied over blush! Edward: As someone who was tired of champagne highlighters, this beige-toned highlighter immediately caught my attention. It's a light beige with gold pearl, but the gold isn't too yellow - it's quite sophisticated. Krisp: While it's described as a blue beam, you can see purple undertones. It's the most subtle of the four shades, but can be built up for a more intense effect. It's a gorgeous light blue or purple-blue! Umph: This isn't your typical white-based highlighter. While the base is whitish, there's a unique lavender or blue-purple beam to it. It's perfect for those who love light undertones. Initially, I thought the original price of 40,000 won was reasonable. Although I bought it on sale, I believe it's worth the full price. The quality is surprisingly good, and the color range offers a unique mood compared to other highlighters on the beauty market. It's definitely worth purchasing! You know what? I'm not even a fan of Jeon Somi, but I honestly can't think of any downsides to this product! - do**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 11, 2024
The pastel base color felt fresh, so I decided to give it a try. (I'm also a fan of the brand...) Despite being a baked type, which you might think wouldn't show up well, it's actually highly pigmented with no excess powder. The more you layer, the more vibrant it becomes without any clumping. It even lasted well on my super oily nose bridge! While it looks pretty when first applied, it becomes even more beautiful as it melds with your natural oils over time, giving a natural inner glow that looks like your own skin. It's got that luxurious vibe down pat! 1. The case: While it looks clean and aesthetically pleasing, it somehow feels a bit flimsy. 2. The price: The regular price of 43,000 is on the high side, but the sale price in the 30,000 range is reasonable. Considering other road shop brands sell 1-2 pan highlighters for 20,000-40,000, this 4-pan palette comes to about 8,000 per color at the sale price, which is decent. However, the full price does seem a bit steep...
