ConsThe price is a bit on the high side For combination dehydrated skin in summer (June), it can make your skin oily, so you'll need blotting papers
TipThis brightening moisturizer works hard to even out your skin tone and give you that coveted Inner Glow. While it absorbs well and feels hydrating, those with super sensitive skin might want to patch test first to check for any potential irritation. Remember, a little goes a long way with this product - it's all about finding the right balance for your unique complexion!

It's comfortable to use since it doesn't sting my eyes.
ConsI was hoping for more brightening, but it didn't quite meet my expectations.

The brightening effect isn't too intense, which is perfect.
ConsThe lid doesn't close properly, and a bit of product squeezes out when you try to seal it, which is a bit of a waste. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the product itself.

I chose it because my skin is fair with yellowish undertones. At first, I was a bit unsure, but it quickly melded with my skin. Soon enough, it balanced out my yellow undertones without looking too pale or bluish - no awkward appearance at all. What I love most is how it stays moisturizing without feeling sticky. I'm absolutely thrilled with that aspect. Since then, I've been using it comfortably both on its own and layered under cushion foundation. Initially, I bought it with some skepticism after hearing good reviews, but now I think I'll be reaching for this regularly without a second thought.
ConsNothing specific yet... (I'll update if I notice anything worth mentioning)
TipThe reviewer seems very satisfied with the product, particularly praising its ability to even out skin tone, its non-sticky yet hydrating formula, and its versatility in use. They also mention that it works well both alone and under makeup, which adds to its value. The lack of negative comments suggests a highly positive experience overall.

This product naturally brightens and effectively neutralizes yellow undertones. The complexion-evening effect lasts quite a while. It absorbs beautifully! When used alone, it feels light and pleasant on the skin.
ConsIt tends to pill when used with other products like cushion foundations. Being a hybrid sunscreen, it does become relatively dry as time passes... I usually use Plant Base's organic sunscreen, and there's definitely a noticeable difference in usability between organic and hybrid sunscreens.
TipApply a thin layer on its own for a natural brightening effect!

There's no stinging around the eyes either. Even when used before makeup, it didn't cause any patchiness.
ConsSince I have dry skin, it felt slightly less moisturizing compared to organic sunscreens, but not enough to be a real concern.
TipThe product seems to work well for combination skin types, providing good sun protection while evening out the complexion. It's gentle enough for sensitive areas and doesn't interfere with makeup application. While it might not be the most hydrating option for very dry skin, it still performs well overall.

It's not bad to start with this tone-up sun cream if using it for the first time. As it is a mixed type, the application is not bad either.
ConsThis is the first toning sunscreen I've used, and I'm not sure if it's just this one, but after applying it, a few blemishes pop up. Although it's a combination of organic and inorganic, it feels like the application leans more towards the inorganic side. For oily skin, there's a bit of oil left after application, so I have to blot it with oil-absorbing paper once.

Even after continuous layering, there was no cakiness or clumping feeling, and it spread smoothly and moisturized. And after applying it, after just a short time, my face became dewy inside but powdery outside, which I loved the most!!! I was worried because I tend to have a lot of inner dryness, but this product seems perfect for those who experience a lot of inner dryness!! This is truly my life's sunscreen... Secondly, there is absolutely no eye irritation. I had resigned myself to eye irritation with any sunscreen, but I'm truly satisfied... In fact, I purposely applied it around my eyes after reading reviews about no eye irritation, and it just got more comfortable over time. The third thing is the comfort of the skin!!! I'm usually a bare-faced person due to laziness, but when I go bare-faced or use other sunscreens, my face always gets oily and greasy. But with this product? Not at all!!! It keeps the oiliness and greasiness really well from within. The last thing is...the color. I have a super pale, yellowish complexion at #23, but it doesn't make me look ashy at all and creates a beautiful skin tone!! I switched over from a long-time BB cream user, and this is so much better...it's not sticky at all, and the color is so pretty!!! And the lasting power is amazing!!! In fact, my boyfriend used to tease me about my muddy, yellowish complexion, but the day I went out with this applied on my face and neck, he was surprised at how naturally pretty my skin tone had become. Haha, thank you!!
ConsHmm... I wish a large-sized one would come out? There isn't any outside. I've been applying it every single day!!!!
TipMoisturize the base, then apply this sunscreen. After that, gently pat powder on the T-zone, laugh lines, and butterfly area. This will result in a beautifully flawless complexion!

However, this can create an awkward contrast with the neck. This product is known to be popular in high-end Cheongdam shops because it evens skin tone beautifully without transferring onto clothes. When I used it, it didn't cause any blemishes and absorbed well.
ConsThe following is more about skin tone and color rather than a drawback of the product itself. This product has a purple tint. Conventionally, it's said that purple neutralizes yellowish skin, resulting in a suitable ivory tone. But does this purple shade work for all skin tones from 17 to 25, and for neutral, warm, and cool undertones? The answer is no. Makeup artists say it works well on neutral ivory or warm-toned skin around shade 21, but not for shade 23 and above. On shade 23, it creates a rather unflattering color. Imagine mixing caramel and light purple - you get a grayish brown that looks worse than bare skin. I have sensitive, dry skin prone to atopy. My neck has darkened due to constant scarf use, with the creases being almost shade 35, but darker than typical healthy warm-toned 35. The middle of my neck is around shade 23 with strong yellow undertones. For those with yellowish skin tone 23 and above, blue-based products work better than purple, though they can look odd in neck creases. White mineral sunscreens leave a visible white cast. Yellow-based products might work well. Pink-based ones look clean and cool while neutralizing some yellow tones. I'm curious about green, though I can't imagine how it would look. The color corrector rules (green for redness, purple/blue for yellow tones, yellow for sallow skin) don't necessarily apply to all skin tones without issues. This product isn't necessarily flawed, but the claim that purple works for all necks isn't accurate. I'm giving it 2 stars not because of the product itself, but because of how it's marketed. Those selling it secondhand due to color mismatch are likely shade 23 and above. It would be better if they specified it works for shade 21 and below.
TipFor those with skin tone 23 and above, this product and other purple-tinted tone-up products won't match well on the neck.

For a purple-tinted brightening moisturizer, it gives a very natural finish. While it may not provide an extremely bright effect if you already have fair skin, its subtlety is actually a plus. Despite my sensitivity to sunscreen ingredients, I only experienced minimal burning sensation and a single blemish. Comparatively, it had a milder reaction, so I consider it a gentle sunscreen.
ConsIt sets rather quickly, so you need to apply it promptly to avoid a stiff feeling. When used without foundation, it tends to get a bit rich over time, slightly toning down the brightening effect. Although it's generally gentle, I did experience a slight burning sensation and one small blemish. After a few hours, I noticed some deep dryness.
