Despite containing shea butter, which usually doesn't agree with my skin, this product didn't cause any blemishes, clogged pores, or excess oil. I'm extremely satisfied! It's the only product with shea butter that hasn't triggered any skin issues for me.
ConsWhile it didn't cause any blemishes, I think it would have been better without the shea butter for those of us who don't react well to it. Even though it worked well for me, I would have hesitated to buy it if I had seen shea butter in the ingredients list before purchasing. I think it would have been even better if they had used an alternative moisturizing ingredient.
TipAlthough it didn't trigger any skin issues, I believe it would have been preferable without the shea butter for those of us who are sensitive to it. Even though it ended up working well for me, I would have been hesitant to purchase if I had noticed shea butter in the ingredient list beforehand. I think the product could have been even more appealing if they had used an alternative hydrating ingredient.

It's such a hassle to cut them in half manually. Finally! They've gone beyond crescents to create these yin-yang shaped pads. They fit perfectly around the eyes and mouth without any waste - I'm in love! Despite my super sensitive skin, I haven't experienced any blemishes. While they might be a bit light on richness, that's easily solved by applying cream separately, which I prefer. On summer days, I love to relax with four pads on my cheeks, lower jaw, and T-zone. It feels so refreshing and hydrating. It helps combat deep dryness, making my complexion look brighter and healthier.
ConsThe pads are quite thick, but they're not completely separated. They're attached at a few points, so even if you try to pick them up with tweezers, you end up having to tear them apart by hand. It's become the norm to use two at once. Sometimes I want to use just one for spot treatment, so it would be great if they were fully pre-cut.
TipAfter using the pads on your face, try applying them to your neck and heels. They're on the thicker side and need time to absorb fully, so it's better to use them when you have more time before bed rather than right before applying makeup.

First, I love that despite being sensitive, I didn't get a single blemish even after using it daily for two weeks. The 100% organic fabric seems to be the reason why I experienced no irritation even with daily mask use. You can feel the instant hydration boost right after using the mask. After using it for 7 minutes every evening for 2 weeks, I could definitely feel my skin texture improving and developing a glow! It's packed with moisture, so it adheres well to the skin. A small but great feature - the tweezers are curved instead of straight, making it easier to pick up each sheet. The scent is like phytoncide, a fresh herbal aroma! Being a slightly acidic hydrating toner pad, it's great for balancing skin pH after cleansing in the evening. One sheet is more than twice the size of other masks (before separating). It splits into 4 pieces, so even one piece is enough to cover all problem areas. It's clearly designed as a daily toner mask. I think it's a super cost-effective mask, working out to about 500 won per day. It's a vegan product that doesn't involve animal testing or animal-derived ingredients.
ConsAs it's clearly designed as a mask, it's not as effective for exfoliation compared to other pads. Rather than being a perfect pack, the moisture evaporates quickly, so I don't recommend leaving it on for more than 10 minutes. It feels best suited for a light daily toner mask routine.
TipWhen you separate the pad, it splits into two thin parts and two thick parts. The thinner sections work better for areas that are harder to cover or have more contours, like the chin, nose, and neck - they stick on much more easily!

There are some visible pores around my nose and butterfly zone. Although I don't often get blemishes, my skin is quite sensitive. The Good: It's incredibly convenient to use. The included tweezers allow for hygienic application, and the pre-cut pads make it easy to apply to the contours of your face - you can simply tear them as needed. After researching the ingredients, I found them to be gentle, which explains why I could use them daily as a mask or for wiping without any irritation! Effectiveness: Thanks to the generous amount of essence, it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and significantly reduces dryness. It's great for cooling down the face, and there's an immediate brightening effect after use. Scent: There's a subtle, refreshing citrusy scent, perhaps orange-like, which isn't overwhelming at all. The fragrance isn't strong or intense, so even those sensitive to scents should be able to use it without any issues. Texture: Despite being generously soaked in essence, it doesn't feel sticky at all. This makes me reach for it even more often!
ConsThere's not really anything to complain about, but the pads could be a bit thinner. However, their current thickness isn't uncomfortable at all!
TipIt works great as an exfoliating toner right after cleansing. For a makeup hack, try applying it just on your cheeks before applying makeup - it cools down the skin and helps your makeup adhere better!

With summer approaching, I really needed a pad with toning effects that could also cool down my skin. I was a bit worried at first, since vitamin and shea butter don't usually agree with my skin, and it was an unfamiliar brand with no reviews. But after using it every evening for 5 days straight, I'm amazed - no blemishes at all, and it even calmed my skin and smoothed out dead skin cells. It might be too soon to tell if my complexion has brightened, but I noticed that some recent blemish scars have faded a bit! The scent is just like shea butter hand cream. The pads are shaped like two eye patches joined together, forming a circle like the center of the Korean flag. They're quite thick, which explains the heavy container for just 50 pads. I split one pad in half for my cheeks, and use a quarter for my eye area. Despite being thin when split, they're still saturated with essence. I use 1.5 pads for my nightly skincare routine to make them last longer. It's such a great product for my super sensitive skin - my face feels silky smooth and has a lovely Inner Glow!
ConsThe price is quite steep for 50 pads. However, each pad feels as thick as 3 regular ones, which might justify the cost. To make them last, I'm splitting each pad. Also, those with oily skin might find it a bit rich, as it leaves a slightly slick feeling after use.
TipEach pad is shaped like the circle in the Korean flag. I split it in half for my cheeks, then take another pad, use half of it (like the blue part of the flag), put the rest back, and split that half again. This way, I only use 1.5 pads per day to make them last longer.

However, after using this exfoliating toner, that tight feeling disappeared. My skin feels more balanced now. The toner effectively removes dead skin cells, which has helped prevent blemishes from appearing.
ConsIt stings a bit when I use it around my eyes. Other than that, I don't have any particular complaints.

The essence is so abundant that my skin stays hydrated even after blow-drying. I usually split thicker pads from other brands in half too, but this product's yin-yang design made it easier to cover my face without gaps. Despite my super sensitive skin, it didn't cause any irritation or blemishes.
ConsNot really a downside, but since I've been focusing on brightening treatments lately, I couldn't specifically attribute any brightening effects or reduction in dark spots to this product. The scent and packaging were unremarkable, which didn't bother me either way.

Just be careful, as the split side might be a bit rough, so it's best to use the outer side on your skin. - I've used other cotton pad products before that were frustratingly difficult to separate, but these pads are easy to pull apart, which is a big plus. - The versatile shape of the pads is great - you can use them as full circles or separate them into teardrop shapes, making them perfect for targeted application. - After use, my skin felt hydrated without any stickiness, and I noticed an improvement in my complexion, making it look brighter.
ConsThe thickness of the pads slightly compromised how well they adhered to the skin.
