I have super sensitive skin that's on the dry side. My skin tends to act up when the seasons change, and even the slightest irritation can cause dermatitis on my cheekbones. I've been using this Madeca cream for years now, and I'm satisfied with it across all seasons. It absorbs well and has a nice texture. I highly recommend it for those with sensitive, dry skin like mine. You might feel it's a bit sticky during summer, but it's fine unless you have oily skin. If you use a ceramide ampoule before applying the Madeca cream, you won't experience any dryness, even in winter. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinMay 9, 2025
I really liked the non-sticky feel of this product. Despite being a cream, it absorbs into the skin without feeling heavy, so I could apply it generously before bed without any discomfort. It worked well on my combination dehydrated skin without causing irritation, and I was quite satisfied with its hydrating power. It was especially suitable as a soothing treatment during winter or when my skin was feeling super sensitive. This might feel a bit heavy for those with oily skin. The texture seemed like it could cause pilling if applied in the morning under makeup, so I found it slightly too rich for a daily moisturizer. It might feel a bit greasy, especially in summer. Overall, I got the impression that this product leans more towards nourishment than hydration. I'd recommend using this more for night care rather than in the morning. When applied appropriately after cleansing before bed, especially when your skin feels tight, you'll wake up with a lasting moisturized feeling. For those with combination dehydrated skin like mine, using a small amount as the final step in your skincare routine can reduce any heaviness. Consistent use in your evening routine can also help soothe deep dryness. I'm already on my second bottle using this method! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 9, 2025
I discovered this product through my mother, and I'm so glad I did! First off, the tube packaging makes it super convenient to use. The cream feels light yet rich - perfect for those of us with dry skin. I'd especially recommend it to fellow dry skin sufferers. As you can see in the application photo, there are tiny particles in the cream. It has a lovely texture that's easy to finish with, and leaves skin feeling fresh. Some creams are too light and absorb too quickly, leaving skin feeling parched again. But with this one, I can rest easy knowing my skin is well-hydrated! It's marketed as an anti-aging cream, which gives me confidence in its effectiveness. The tiny particles you feel when applying might not be everyone's cup of tea Great as a final step in your skincare routine - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 4, 2025
- Texture The texture is more like a rich nourishing cream rather than a lightweight moisturizer! - Absorption / ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It absorbs well despite its rich texture! - Absorption Rate / ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It absorbs quite well! However, due to its heavier consistency, I don't use it as a base before makeup. I only apply it at night before bed! - Overall Review As someone with dry, sensitive skin, I find the ingredients gentle enough that it doesn't cause any blemishes. My forehead tends to get very dry, and simple moisturizers just evaporate, but with this cream, I wake up with a beautiful Inner Glow the next day! I think the amount of product and the price are reasonable, and I'd recommend giving it a try! Be careful not to apply too much, as it can sit on top of the skin if you do! For my needs, I apply about a thumbnail-sized amount on my forehead where it's very dry, and a fingernail-sized amount on my lower face, spreading it thinly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 4, 2025
As someone with dry skin, when I apply this Madeca cream before bed, my face feels squeaky clean during my morning cleanse. It makes my skin feel firm and gives it a clear appearance. The cream absorbs well and provides excellent hydration. There's nothing to complain about yet. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it! I mix the Madeca cream with hyaluronic acid when applying. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopy SkinApr 30, 2025
Although it's a regenerating cream, it's not heavy and absorbs well. I liked that the ingredients and formula aren't harsh on blemishes. When my face was dry, red, and tingling, applying this alone before bed completely healed it. There's nothing particularly bad... It's decent enough to use. Both the formula and ingredients are likely to have minimal polarizing opinions. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinApr 26, 2025
I've repurchased this for the third time. Not only does it absorb well, but my skin feels like it's gained immunity, becoming noticeably softer. There's nothing particularly bad, but it might be best to apply this before bed during the summer months. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 22, 2025
As I entered my 30s, I started using Madecassoside cream for my skin concerns. It has a nice texture and absorbs well, about 70% I'd say. My skin tends to be very dry deep down, but this cream seems to penetrate better than others I've tried. It can leave a slightly greasy feeling. When I layer it with sunscreen on a rainy day, it's like an oil explosion on my face! I recommend using it in the evening and opting for a lighter moisturizer in the morning. At night, though, don't hesitate to apply it generously, even down to your neck. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 17, 2025
As someone with dry skin, I'm really interested in brightening and anti-aging products. I stock up on this whenever it's on sale, and it's been great for my complexion. It absorbs well and feels great on the skin! I'd call it a must-have item. I've heard Madecassoside cream is good for skin regeneration too, so I plan to keep using it in the future. I can't really think of any downsides. The scent is pretty neutral too. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 10, 2025
It absorbs well and seems to have decent absorption. It would be a good buy when it's on sale. After looking closely at the ingredients, it seems more suitable for anti-aging rather than the regenerative and soothing effects I was hoping for. I'm applying it as the final step after toner and serum.
