I bought a multi-pack and have been using it all winter and still going strong. I didn't expect much, but the more I use it, the more I'm impressed! As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I feel like it creates a protective oil barrier that locks in hydration well. When I wake up in the morning, my skin has just the right amount of natural oils, so it doesn't feel dry. I think it'll work great for me except during the peak of summer. It really seems to balance out the oil and moisture in my skin. I'd say it's definitely worth trying at least once. While it absorbs well, those who dislike any oiliness or have oily skin even in winter might not be fans. You can apply it generously and it still absorbs well. It's great for sharing with mom too! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 7, 2025
I was surprised by how incredibly gentle it is. The texture is slightly firm yet soft, making it easy to apply. I've been using it daily lately. When applied before makeup, it doesn't leave my skin feeling overly dry. Rather than the formula itself being thick, it somehow makes my skin feel plump and supple. I've been using it as a base for my makeup to adhere well. This cream seems to strike just the right balance between oil and moisture. The price is a bit steep, to be honest. However, I trust it and continue using it because it's made by Dongkook Pharmaceutical. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinMay 6, 2025
I bought this after a friend recommended it, and it's really great when my skin feels dry. It's so hydrating and eliminates that deep dryness feeling. After applying, it gives a dewy, Inner Glow effect that makes your skin look radiant. The effects seem to last quite well too. I'd definitely recommend this for those with dry skin! When my skin is on the oilier side, using this seems to cause some blemishes. I used to use it daily, but as the weather got warmer, I've cut back. Now I only use it when I feel my skin needs extra hydration, about twice a week. It's okay for daily use during dry weather conditions. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 5, 2025
While it's a bit rich in texture, applying it before bed or when your skin feels dry definitely leaves your skin more hydrated the next morning. It seems to help reduce dark spots too. I love how it gives my complexion a nice glow! It's quite oily and feels a bit slippery on the skin. The price is pretty steep, and it can be a bit tricky to purchase seasonally. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 22, 2025
As a home shopping study seller, both my 60-year-old mom and I often used this. It's definitely more hydrating than the previous version. Mom says the texture of the original Madeca was much better, but it seems like they're targeting a younger audience now. It's become much lighter, making it suitable for people in their 20s and up during seasonal changes, unless you have extremely dry skin. You can layer it multiple times without pilling, and it works well for all skin types. It's a great value-for-money item that anyone can use without issues. When the season ends, you end up buying the previous season's products because they slash prices to almost a quarter of the original cost to clear out inventory. The texture is lightweight, but compared to previous seasons, the oil and moisture balance doesn't last nearly as long. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 15, 2025
I tried this product on my mom's recommendation! The hydration and moisturizing effects are excellent, which I really appreciate. As someone with dehydrated yet oily skin, it does help with deep dryness, but it leaves my skin excessively greasy and shiny on the surface. The scent, a mix of herbs and lemon, was not to my liking. While it doesn't cause blemishes, there is a slight tingling sensation. Rather than feeling like it absorbs well, it seems to just sit on top of the skin and feels sticky. Using a tiny amount can effectively combat dryness and works well, but applying any more than a pinky nail-sized amount leads to excessive oiliness. Not recommended for those with oily skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 6, 2025
• I've consistently repurchased this product, using over 5 bottles. • It's gentle enough for sensitive skin, so you can use it with peace of mind. • The texture is between an emulsion and a cream, making it absorb well. • With a balanced oil and moisture balance, I used it as the final step in my nighttime routine. It leaves a slight sheen, which felt a bit heavy on my skin, so I only used it at night. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinMar 28, 2025
I've been using the Dermadeca cream for a while, so I decided to try this new one. While the scent is slightly different from the Madeca cream, it still has a subtle herbal aroma. It's packed with hydration and feels wonderfully moisturizing when applied. It's like giving water to thirsty skin! The price is reasonable, and the generous amount allows for liberal application. I'm not sure if it's significantly better than the original Madeca cream. I'll probably go back to using the original once I finish this one. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 10, 2025
I love how it hydrates the skin without feeling heavy or greasy. I can't think of anything I dislike about it. No tips to add. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinMar 9, 2025
I've been using this for about 2 months on my typical combination dehydrated skin. My skin gets extremely dry in winter and I was experiencing blemishes, so I decided to give this a try. Here's my review: - It absorbs smoothly and doesn't feel heavy even with multiple layers. - It provides just the right amount of hydration and moisture, keeping my skin soft until morning without feeling dry. - When applied thinly after extracting acne, it helps soothe the skin a bit. - The price point is very reasonable. To be honest, it's great for use in all seasons except summer, so I don't really have any complaints. As I'm prone to blemishes, when they flare up, I apply a generous amount of this hydrating gel, let it absorb, and then finish with a madecassoside cream. This routine provides a noticeable calming effect.
