I can't think of any downsides! It's challenging to come up with something negative when there isn't anything.

Great value for money! It removes makeup effectively without irritation. The makeup comes off easily like water, leaving your skin feeling fresh and clean as if you've just washed your face.

If I had to find something to criticize, it would be that it's a bit tricky to control the amount dispensed. Since it's a water-based product, it's hard to gauge how much to use on the cotton pad for optimal cleansing without leaving the skin too dry or too damp. If anyone has tips, please share!

After using it for a few months, I've noticed that on days when I wear cushion foundation, it doesn't remove all my makeup completely. Double cleansing seems necessary in those cases. I now use it mainly on days when I've only applied sunscreen.
