This was my first time trying a matte highlighter, and I'm impressed! The shading has excellent color payoff, and the highlighter is so easy to use without being overwhelming. The only downside was the excess powder. When I swirled my brush in the product, quite a bit of powder came off. I've always stuck to the same contour, but I decided to switch it up this time! The price is really budget-friendly, and there are various shades available. I love that I can contour according to my outfit or skin condition on any given day. Highly recommended! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I'm definitely planning to repurchase. As a warm-toned person, I'm thrilled that it doesn't look yellow at all. It's seriously amazing! The color payoff is out of this world. It applies beautifully, and I love that there's such a wide range of shades. As a beginner, I was a bit overwhelmed by the variety at first, but that's hardly a drawback. I'm using shade 23, and while there might be a few colors that lean slightly pale, that's really the only minor issue. It's not too warm, just perfect... This product saved me from looking like Voldemort... It's ideal for creating a faux nose contour. If I had to choose only one contouring product for life, this would be it. The darkest shade is quite small, and the overall size is a bit large for a portable option. The divided color sections allow for more precise contouring. The shade in the bottom compartment is incredibly natural-looking, perfect for blending out areas where you've applied too much product. Apart from some excess powder fallout, I didn't notice any significant drawbacks or disappointments. Using this makes your nose look higher and your nose wings smaller... Oh, but I think there are more drawbacks for me. The brush that comes with it is really terrible, I just use my own. You need to use the dark shade for it to show up, but there's so little of it, and why on earth is there a light brown shade? It's baffling. The color payoff is minimal too. Why did they even bother adding that extra shade? What's it for? Sigh... Still, when you use the dark part well, it does look pretty. But it's a waste of money. You're better off just buying one from Etude House, honestly. I love that there are three shading colors, allowing me to use and combine them as I wish in different areas. And the matte highlighter!! It's really fantastic. Sometimes shimmer can be a bit overwhelming, but this one gives such a beautiful finish - I'm really satisfied! I was a bit disappointed that it had more of a reddish tone than I expected. Next time I repurchase, I'll go for the cool-toned version. Even if you have warm undertones, you might want to consider trying the cool-toned one! The matte highlighter is a real gem! I wish they'd sell it separately.
