Pros
The liquid powder thing was really cool and I was curious, so I tried it and it was good. After applying it and some time passing, my skin became completely soft and smooth. It's good to use in the summer. When I get hot, I tend to sweat on my nose first, but when I dab this on, it gets really nice and dry.
Cons
But I just can't seem to use it anymore. I bought it a while ago but it's just been sitting there unused. It's definitely a good product, but I just can't bring myself to use it.

This is a liquid product that becomes powdery when applied. I was really curious about this feature. Moreover, I tend to get very hot in the summer, so the cooling sensation when applying it was something I really wanted to try. In the end, I gave in to my curiosity and bought it. It feels like the puff gets soaked, but when you apply it, it still feels cooling. And around the time that cooling sensation fades, my face feels powdery. It's not all over my face, just the areas I want to mattify, like around my nose and the sides of my face. Using it every time leaves a new, powdery yet hydrated feeling.
Cons
Since the formula is transparent, it's hard to tell how much is being picked up on the puff, so it's difficult to control the application. Ending up applying too much on some days, my makeup can look cakey. So I only use it when I'm doing a lighter makeup look. Also, the puff is a bit inconvenient. Even though my skin is dry, since it's summer, I want to finish my makeup with a powdery, lightweight feel. But I don't want to use powder...! This product is perfect for that. When I first patted it on, it was more moisturizing than I expected, but the moisture quickly dissipated, leaving a powdery, lightweight finish. Most importantly, there was no uncomfortable dryness, so I'm very satisfied!

These days, cushion compacts tend to come in smaller sizes, but the size of this one is a bit larger. Since my skin is usually oily, even when I put a lot of effort into my makeup, the excessive oil coming from within my skin often causes my makeup to easily crumble and clump messily. But if I just dab it on a couple of times, it removes the oiliness, leaving my skin feeling moisturized on the inside and velvety smooth on the outside! Haha When applied, it feels just as moisturizing and cooling as a hydrating essence, so I think it would be great to use in the summer. It doesn't have much coverage for large pores or uneven texture, but it's perfect for use as a finishing step or before touch-ups to remove excess oil!

Even when I finished with a powder-based finishing powder in the summer, my skin still felt greasy and dry after work, and something kept coming up on my pores. Ever since I started using the Waterlock Finisher, I no longer have the dry, oily feeling. Instead, my skin feels smooth and nothing keeps coming up. It's really great.
