  This really shines in the summer. It absorbs oil just like a powdered treatment. It's ironic that it prevents oil from coming out more in the summer than in the winter. I use shade 21, and it's a bit dark. But it matches my skin tone perfectly when I get tanned in the summer. I strongly recommend that those who use shade 21 use this along with a slightly lighter foundation. Even if you just dab it on, it doesn't look cakey. (As long as you exfoliate well) It's great for those who aren't good at makeup!!
