The pads have a soft, cotton-like texture similar to steamed rice cakes. They can be divided into four parts, making them great for spot-treating areas like the chin or forehead. When I overlapped them on the sides of my nose, they seemed to adhere better. The pads are soaked in essence, so even after 20 minutes, they didn't feel dry. The container also has plenty of essence, so I think I'll be able to use them without drying out until the end. While wearing them, I felt a slight warming sensation. Although they didn't extract sebum as noticeably as Mediheal or Illiyoon nose packs, using the included spatula-like cleaner helped remove sebum effectively. My skin texture also seemed to become smoother.
ConsUnlike typical single-use nose packs made of cellulose sheets that gradually adhere to the skin, Dermatory's pads have a cotton-like texture that tends to lift on curved areas, requiring occasional pressing down. After removing the sheet, I was disappointed not to see visible sebum extraction. While using the cleaner did push out some deep-seated sebum, it felt a bit harsh on my skin. Although it wasn't painful, my nose area remained red for over an hour after using the cleaner. Since blackheads and sebum aren't a major concern for me, I think I'll stick to using single-use packaged products in the future.
