Typically, I cleanse with a foaming cleanser that leaves my skin squeaky clean, then use this, followed by a green tea mask. If I need extra soothing after the green tea mask, I'll use a modeling mask.

I've been using this consistently since it was released last year. In summer, I use it 2-3 times a week, and during seasonal changes or winter, I use it once a week. I've tried many similar products on the market, but this one minimizes irritation while effectively softening stubborn sebum. My routine is to apply this, extract blackheads with a tool, and then use a green tea mask when my skin is red. I think I've gone through about 5 bottles. The separable cotton pads are super convenient.

I bought this after seeing reviews on social media recommending it as a great nose pack. It really does a fantastic job of softening sebum and gently removing blackheads. If you leave it on for a while, you might feel a slight tingling sensation, but it's more refreshing than irritating, which is nice!

I actually split one sheet in half to make it last longer. It does seem to dry out a bit quicker this way, so I cover it with plastic wrap when I use it.

Using it for pore care once a week seems to prevent large blemishes from appearing! When I feel like I might get small bumps or when my skin feels oily, I use it more frequently.

I switched from using a sebum softener to this Dermatory product because I was tired of applying it with cotton pads every time. The pads are thicker than regular toner pads, so they don't dry out as quickly as you might expect. They're pre-scored, making it easy to cut and use them. There's a middle seal to keep the pads moist until the very end, and the built-in tweezers allow for more hygienic application.

For a nice, warm experience, try placing the nose pack on a plate and microwaving it for 10-15 seconds before use.

It's better than peel-off nose packs but not as satisfying as single-use nose strips.

While the blackheads do come out nicely in little clumps, it feels like only the surface ones are being removed. After using it, your nose doesn't feel completely clear, just somewhat cleaner.

It was a bit disappointing that it seemed slightly less effective at removing blackheads compared to nose strips.

A major advantage is that you can apply it however you want since everyone's nose is different. It's also great that it doesn't let moisture escape.

Due to the contours of the nose, the pads don't adhere well to the tip, unfortunately.

Even after using countless cleansing oils, my blackheads wouldn't budge, and my sensitive skin couldn't handle nose strips. But after using these pads, I've seen a significant reduction in blackheads!

I place the pads on my forehead, nose, and T-zone for 10-15 minutes. During this time, it's a bit awkward to do skincare on other areas, so I apply a wash-off mask everywhere else. When rinsing, I cleanse everything together. I finish with a hydrating mask to lock in moisture. This routine leaves my skin bright with a beautiful glow, so I always use it this way.

Due to the pad format, it might not be as cost-effective as buying the sebum-softening solution separately.

This product is fantastic for blackhead and T-zone sebum care. Being in pad form, it's more convenient than other pore-clearing products, making me reach for it more often. The pads are quite thick and saturated with the sebum-softening solution. You can divide them into quarters to fit different areas, leave them on for 10-15 minutes, then gently push to extract the sebum completely. Afterwards, your nose feels so smooth you can't stop touching it!
