The absorbs well is fantastic and it absorbs quickly too! I love it! I've been applying it consistently every evening for about a week, and I've noticed my pores have really shrunk. It makes me think using a higher concentration might yield even better results! Since it's a retinol serum, there's a risk of skin irritation if used incorrectly. However, perhaps due to its low concentration, I haven't experienced any adverse reactions. This product would be great for those wanting to see the effects of retinol or test how their skin responds to it! I didn't experience any issues... If you have dry skin, it might feel a bit drying though... In the evening, I tried applying this product alone...

Using products from the same line together - the serum and eye cream - seems to create a wonderful synergy. I always appreciate Daiso's basic skincare items. While I usually have allergic reactions to high-concentration retinol products, this one doesn't cause any issues. It seems like an excellent choice for those new to retinol. The only downside is the opaque packaging, which makes it difficult to see how much product is left. Other than that, it's fantastic! I've been using this product for about 15 days, and here's my take. Absorption: It applies smoothly and feels wonderfully hydrating. Effectiveness: With its essence-like texture, the moisturizing effect lasts long after application. Recommended skin type: As someone with combination skin that's both oily and dry, I found this product worked really well for me. The only downside is that I can only use it at night before bed. Other than that, everything else about it is great. I discovered that applying this product along with the Origins Booster Shot before bedtime doubles the effectiveness. The lightweight formula is great, and it minimizes the typical warmth and irritation that often comes with first-time retinol use. The retinol content seems a bit low. If they doubled it, it could be amazing! This review compares the product's retinol concentration to the reviewer's expectations, suggesting that a higher concentration might be more effective.

However, from the consumer's point of view, it's a huge welcome. 🥹 The biggest advantage is that you can purchase a retinol serum with 500IU content for only 5,000 won and use it generously. The formula is a white, slightly low-viscosity lotion+ampoule-like texture. The finish is thin and light without any stickiness, so it was easy to apply without any burden. The serum needs to be applied all over the face, and since it's not a high concentration, it was easy to spread it evenly. After using it for a few days, my skin texture became smooth and glowy. 👍🏻 I hope more high-quality retinol products will be released! The scent... is too typical of a cosmetic smell 😢 It reminds me of my dad's cologne.... The scent is really not great, so I'll take off one star •••••••😢😢😢😢😢

This serum absorbs beautifully and leaves a refreshing finish! It's incredible to find retinol at this price point! I couldn't feel the most important effects... It absorbs smoothly and instantly gives a feeling of deep hydration. As a first-time retinol user, I think I'll be able to use this comfortably without any concerns. There wasn't anything negative. It really suited me perfectly. I think it works better as a night care product rather than for morning use. It comes in a pump bottle and absorbs quickly like an emulsion. The texture feels refreshing on the skin. It might be a bit drying if used alone, so I recommend applying it at night.

The morning after I first used it, my skin felt so soft I thought I was imagining things. But I kept using it, and now: My T-zone, which used to show texture and pores, is now smooth as silk. My U-zone, which was dry and flaky, is now as soft as a baby's bottom. I think my blemishes and pigmentation have even faded a bit, but that might be my imagination? Anyway, it's just amazing. I'm so scared it might be discontinued that I've been recommending it to my friends and even my coworkers. Some friends weren't sure, but one coworker loved it so much she bought three bottles right away, just like I did. And the price is incredibly good value - even three bottles are only 15,000 won at Olive Young. Why so cheap? The scent... It smells a bit like old-fashioned cosmetics. It's not overpowering, just noticeable on your hands when applying. But once it's on your face, you can't smell it at all. Make sure to apply sunscreen well after using this!
