The texture is amazing! At first, it feels super hydrating, but after application, it adheres perfectly to the lips and finishes with a velvety feel. The staying power is great too. The color has more of a neon tint than expected. It might be better suited for those with lighter skin tones...? It's fantastic as a base lip product. The color is quite similar to the over-lip smudger that comes in the Honey Grapefruit Crepe set. When I swatched it on the back of my hand, the color was so beautiful that I hoped it would look just as pretty on my lips. Maybe it's because my lips are naturally pigmented, but the color payoff on my lips was nothing like what I saw on my hand. I had to apply multiple layers for it to show up at all. With just one application, it actually made my lips look sickly. The quintessential tint shade for Light Spring/Summer and Soft Spring/Summer/Winter This strawberry tea hue is a gorgeous mid-tone, but it's quite challenging to apply beautifully. Even with decent lip condition, you might experience a yogurt-like effect when applied, despite careful application. I wonder if anyone can apply this product without emphasizing dead skin cells? It gets a bit easier with practice, but it's still tricky. Along with Tonymoly's Butter Tint, this is one of the most difficult products to apply. It's solely the captivating color that keeps you coming back. The formula has a moisturizing, water-velvet texture with good absorbs. The color payoff is nice, but as mentioned, it's hard to apply neatly and beautifully. Surprisingly, though, it has good staying power. Recommended for makeup pros and those who meticulously care for their lips. Give it a try - the color is truly stunning. How can I apply this without the yogurt-like effect that emphasizes dead skin cells? It's too bothersome to constantly maintain lip care while using this product. It's great as a base lip product when you're not wearing makeup. It's pleasantly moisturizing and has a subtle, lovely peach scent. As a base lip product, it's a bit plain if used alone.
