It's like having a little dessert! Unfortunately, the probiotic ingredients didn't agree with me. I experienced diarrhea the day after taking it... With only 10 strips per box, it's a bit expensive for a student like me. I wish they offered a larger, more economical size. It's best to take probiotics on an empty stomach!
