As someone with super sensitive skin, I was really satisfied with this mineral sunscreen. Unlike other mineral sunscreens that can be thick and leave a white cast if not applied properly, this product absorbs well and feels moisturizing. It naturally evens skin tone, so I felt comfortable wearing just this sunscreen alone. I did notice a slight dryness after application, but I think this will be perfect for summer as it might help other products like cushion foundations adhere better. For a mineral sunscreen, it's surprisingly hydrating, making it a pretty good product in my book! Compared to chemical or hybrid sunscreens, it doesn't absorb as easily. If you don't layer your skincare products thoroughly before applying this, it might not sit well on the skin. Mineral sunscreens tend to give a more noticeable brightening effect than hybrid ones, so it's really a matter of personal preference. When I apply mineral sunscreens, I like to gently pat it onto my skin with my fingertips. I find this technique helps reduce any potential pilling or uneven application. - tt*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 30, 2024
Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it absorbs well and doesn't leave the skin feeling dry I haven't used it for long, so I'll need more time to identify any potential drawbacks - rk*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 16, 2024
I've tried so many sunscreens, but being super sensitive skin, I always experienced some burning sensation and tingling. This one, however, doesn't sting at all and there's absolutely no burning feeling. It's amazing! I think I've found my holy grail sunscreen that I'll use for life. The only drawback is that there are no drawbacks... It evens skin tone just right and absorbs beautifully. - hs*****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 23, 2024
Nicknamed the 'Cosmic Sensitive Sunscreen', this product is made with 100% zinc oxide, making it ideal for sensitive skin. It improves on the typical stiffness and white cast of mineral sunscreens, offering a natural brightening effect with a smooth application and a soft, matte finish. It's perfect for comfortable use even in summer! Beyond powerful UV protection, it also provides whitening, anti-wrinkle, and skin barrier improvement effects. As an easily washable sunscreen that rinses off without residue or irritation, it's perfect for daily use. Although it's a mineral sunscreen, it applies smoothly without leaving a white cast. It's great for when my skin is super sensitive, so I'm using it without any complaints. - wo***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedJun 18, 2024
I switched from Innisfree's Non-Nano Sunscreen Cica Tone-Up because I felt its absorption wasn't great. Looking for a gentle formula with good ingredients, I discovered Low Quest Barrier Enhancing Sunscreen. It absorbs well and naturally evens skin tone over time. I'm not sure if it's because of this or stress, but despite its good absorption, being fragrance-free, and providing a natural complexion enhancement, my skin is getting red and developing blemishes... Still investigating the cause... Also, the price is a bit disappointing.
