If your skin lacks moisture, a lot of milia will appear. However, when you apply a cream, your skin becomes flipped over, so by applying this product in multiple layers, the moisture deficiency can be filled. Dry skin is not recommended. Even those with oily skin need to apply multiple layers in the winter.
