💚Texture At first, it has a crumbly, sorbet-like texture when scooped out of the jar, but it becomes smooth and rolling on the face. 💚Packaging I don't really like jar-type packaging, but the detail of being able to insert a spatula was really nice!! 💚Fragrance It's a fragrance that I think I've smelled before on some product, but I can't quite remember what it was... I really dislike strong scents, but personally I found this one to be okay. However, the fragrance is not completely unnoticeable when applied, so some may dislike it..! But personally, I think it's better than the ㅂㄴㄹㅋ cleansing balm's fragrance. 💚Irritation It applies very smoothly without any physical irritation. I have a sensitive and complex skin type with an oily T-zone and dry U-zone. In the past, I used a cleansing balm from another brand, but for the past few years, I have been using a cleansing milk. Recently, I've seen many cleansing balms coming out, so I was curious. Since Dr.G is a brand I trust, I had high expectations, and ultimately, I'm satisfied! The texture is a soft sorbet that transforms into an oil-like consistency on the skin, and the fragrance is not overpowering, which I liked. Additionally, the scoop is fixed in place, making it convenient to use. As for eye makeup removal, I'm not sure, as I used a lip and eye remover, but the cleansing power for facial makeup is excellent. I usually just apply sunscreen, but when I do a full face of makeup, I use this product. For the second cleanse, I used the same cleansing foam as before, and the dryness was noticeably reduced compared to when I used the cleansing milk for the first cleanse. As my skin tends to get drier, I'll continue using this product diligently. Most importantly, I didn't experience any breakouts. I've tried cleansing balms from various brands, but this one was more satisfactory than the famous ones! It has a sorbet-like texture, not too grainy, and smoothly removes makeup while melting well during application. It effectively dissolves makeup and provides good hydration, which I liked. I also appreciated the fact that it's made using discarded avocados. Many products I've tried that were promoted for their sebum cleansing abilities didn't work well for my skin, but this one was not bad. Although it was difficult to achieve complete sebum removal due to my very oily skin with small pores and oxidized sebum, it seemed to perform better in sebum removal compared to other cleansing balms. I always do a second cleansing! I do the first cleansing with a cleansing oil or milk, and finish with a foam cleanser :) I was curious about cleansing balms, so I applied and was happy to be selected! Dr.G's moisturizing cream is very famous, so I'm looking forward to it^^ ꕤ Texture It's a solid type with a waxy feel, but it's not too hard! You can gently scoop it with a spatula, and it melts well when rubbed with your hands. Since it melts, it has an oily feel, similar to a cleansing oil :) It emulsifies well and doesn't irritate the skin. ꕤ Fragrance The fragrance is not strong, but has a faint floral(?) scent. ꕤ Function I've been using a cleansing oil for a long time, and it's been a few years since I switched to a cleansing milk, but the cleansing balm is surprisingly nice! I feel like the blackheads on my nose have slightly diminished. When melted, it has an oily feel, so I was worried it might feel greasy after rinsing, but it actually left a pleasant soft feeling. Makeup is removed well, but for heavy makeup, I do an additional cleansing with a cleansing foam.
Cons
It seems to be the price after all. As it's a product I use every day, it feels a bit burdensome! Please have sales often! :)
